Stuffed Bhindi Masala (Bendakaya) Fry Recipe Andhra Style

      Hi friends, today one different and spicy masala stuffed bhindi (ladyfingers) fry recipe... In my cousin recipe.. First time I saw this recipe in hotel, I taste it wow its very tasty and spicy delicious... My husband ask me you must prepare this recipe in your home.. But I dont know how to prepare... One day I search in google so many types of ladyfinger recipes... Then I saw one recipe in google, spicy's are very interesting. Next day I prepare this ladyfinger my style I use some spicy's dry fruits add in this fry.. And also add some tangy flavor I use lemon in this.. So simple and easy to prepare this fry recipe.. This Stuffed Bhindi recipe, with a punch of flavours gets juices flowing in my mouth. So lets see the process to make this fry......


Ingredients :-

  • Ladyfingers 250 grams
  • Peanuts 3 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts 10 to 15 no
  • Raisins 15
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon stick medium piece 1
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Dry coconut pieces 2 tsp
  • Ginger pieces 7
  • Garlic cloves 7
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add peanuts, cashew nuts and dry roast for 1 minute.

  2. After one minute add coriander seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, raisins to fry for again one more minute. Then add cumin seeds to fry.. Now add dry coconut pieces, onion pieces to fry. And then add ginger pieces, garlic cloves and fry it for 1 minute.....  Switch off the gas and cool it for....
  3. When spicy's are cool then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder then move it to a jar and grind it ruff paste.
  4. Masala is ruff paste then add little bit water, lemon juice again grind it paste.. like this paste.....
  5. Now take cleaned ladyfingers cut it like this (for stuffing)  and then stuff the masala paste into ladyfinger like this prepare all.. Then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed ladyfinger to fry in medium flame...
  6. One side fried then turn carefully fried all side.... Like this type..
  7. When ladyfingers are fried then add remain masala paste, mix it well... Fry it for 3 minutes, then add raisins, cashew nuts mix it well for........
  8. Then add curry leaves mix it well for, again fry it for 1 minute in low flame.... Then switch off the gas put it for 2 minutes in wok.... After 2 minutes move it to a serving bowl and then serve it for side dish......... to rice..

This recipe is my mother-in-laws, mother recipe its to old and traditional recipe..... After my marriage I learn this tasty recipe, my husband favor recipe thats y am learn it.. First time I taste this recipe in my sister-in-law home really its tasty is so delicious and spicy :)...... Its so good taste i don't tell about the taste you must try this then you one share the recipe taste :)..... So lets see the process to make this recipe step by step pics.......

Ingredients :-


  • Cluster Beans (goru chikkudu) 100 grams
  • Peanuts 50 grams
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind 20 grams
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add water, cluster beans pieces, peanuts, turmeric powder, salt and boil it for 90% then strain water move it to a bowl....

  2. (Tamarind soak in cluster beans boiled water it will be so good taste)... Now take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, bengal gram dal to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry........

  3. When onions are soft, then add curry leaves mix it well... Fry it for 2 more minutes in medium flame... Then add tomato pieces, salt and mix it well... Tomatoes are boiled then add red chili powder mix it again..........

  4. Fry it for 1 minute in low flame, then add tamarind water mix it close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame..

  5. When tamarind water is boiled then add boiled cluster beans and peanuts mix it, then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame and then switch off the gas put it for 5 minutes a side.... Then move it to a serving bowl.......

Then add chopped onions to fry it for 3 minutes.. When onions are softed then add mint leaves, green chilies mix it well then close with lid and fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 5 open the lid and mix it, again fry it for lite brown color.. Onions are fried brown color the add ginger garlic paste and mix it well again close it with lid...... boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

  6. When chicken is boiled water will came it will be dried..... When chicken is totally boiled then add water, salt to taste mix it well.... Then close it with lid boil it...

So simple and tasty delicious recipe.. First prepare masala vada then prepared pulusu (curry)... In South side we prepare evening snack like to prepare masala vada, bonda, mrichi bajji's etc... When masala vada prepared evening next day morning we prepare with vadas pulusu (curry).. So i made Masala vada pulusu which is made using tamarind sauce. It s simple and delicious.   • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 2
  • Tamarind big size lemon (soak it in water)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Then add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it....
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it then close with lid and boil it for soft..... When tomatoes are soft then add red chili powder mix it well for....
  3. Then add soaked tamarind juice, water (as us like sour add water) and then mix it again close with lid and boil it for one boil.........
  4. And now take masala vadas in a side......
  5. One boil came then add masala vadas in to curry, then close with lid and boil it for 3 minutes in low flame.......
  6. After 3 minutes switch off the gas put it for 5 minutes, then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder mix it well.. Fry it for onions are soft.. When onions are softed then add curry leaves and then mix it well...
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes, tomatoes are be soft.. Now add chopped drumstick, red chili powder and then mix it well....
  3. And now close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.... After 5 minutes open the lid mix it slowly.. Now add soaked tamarind mash and make some juice add that juice and mix it well.. Then add raw mango pieces also...
  4. Again close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.. When the gravy is thick( drumstick are cooked, tamarind will be thicked).. Then move it to a serving bowl and serve it........
