Bottle Ground Sour Curry Recipe How to Prepare

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Bottle ground Sour Curry ... So yummy and tasty recipe.. This also lunch box recipe friends... So simple and so fast to prepare this recipe...  This recipe is little bit sour and spicy.. Its perfect to eat rice, roti, and chapati... (friends you can eat with rice you can add some ghee in rice and then eat this curry friends)....

Ingredients :-

  • Bottle Ground 200 grams
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2 big
  • Green chilies 8 to 10
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind small size
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl, add water 1 glass, bottle ground pieces (peel it and cut it small pieces), onion pieces, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, tamarind, turmeric powder mix it well and then close with lid, boil it for low flame...
  2. Now open lid, mix it then check when bottle ground piece is soft, water also over then switch off the gas...
  3. Now add rock salt or salt, mash it.. And then put it a side... And then take a tadka or pan add oil to heat.. When oil is heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, hing powder, red chili pieces to fry..
  4. And then add this talimpu to curry mix it well again cook it for 2 minutes and then serve it to a serving bowl... 
Now so yummy and tasty recipe is ready... Friends this curry is so good to eat with rice add some ghee and then mix it eat... And then told to me how it is :)....... Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add chopped onions, green chilies, salt to taste, turmeric powder mix it well.. And fry it for brown color... 
  2. When onions are fried, then add red chili powder mix it well... 
  3. And then add eggs beat, leave it for 1 minute.. After one minute mix it slowly... And fry it for... Egg also fried, then switch off the gas... and serve it hot... Its so good to eat with rice, roti, chapati... And also serve it side dish for dal, rasam, etc....,

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Desi style  Andhra Pullagura recipe.. Its so spicy and sour taste... This so old and traditional recipe... Actually this recipe prepare my grand mother so this is so long... :).. Simple to prepare and so easy... I think so many people are know this recipe.. This also lunch box curry... (you must cut and clean amarnth leaves (chirriakku) in night and then prepare it in morning...) And now you will prepare in morning so easy for prepare it lunch box... Time also so save you will clean it in night friends... So lets move to recipe details.......

Ingredients :-

  • Amarnth Leaves (Chirriakku) 3 branches
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 10 to 12
  • Tamarind 
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

Preparation :-


  1. First take a vessel add cleaned chirraku leaves, add chopped onions, water 1 glass, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, tamarind....
  2. And then close with and boil it in medium flame for 10 minutes... After 10 minutes open lid, mix it well... And then add rock salt..... 
  3. Again close with lid boil it for... Curry is almost boiled then switch off the gas... Now take a mash stick, and mash it.... And then take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves to fry... And then add mashed curry and then mix it well and cook it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas..... move it to serving bowl and serve it hot........
So yummy and simple to prepare Chirriakku Pullagura curry is ready... So good to health friends... Actually this snack prepared my daughter-in-law so am sharing this snack recipe to friends... First time she prepare this snack for me friends, taste is so yummy I love it so much, so I thick Y don't I share to my friends this tasty recipe to u all guys........ Ingredients :-

  • Big Potatoes 3
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Maida flour or All purpose flour 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
Preparation :-

  1. First peel the potatoes and then cut it finger shape pieces like in this pic.. Cut all, and then add to water and then put in stove boil it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  2. After 5 minutes remove water and then put it a side, and now take a paper add this boiled potato pieces and then leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour...
  3. After 1 hour take a bowl add these pieces, add maida flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder 1 tsp, chat masala powder 1 tsp, garam masala powder and mix it well for..
  4. When mix is ready, then move it a side... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add these pieces to oil and fry it for golden brown color....
  5. When it came golden color and then move it to a plate... And then sprinkle chat masala powder in it... Again fry remain potato pieces same process....

     Hi friends Happy Women's Day to all my viewers and my lovely "Mom'sRecipesHandbook" family members..... Today am sharing recipe is Bitter ground gravy.. Little bitter, little sour and little sweet recipe... Actually this recipe is prepare my grand mother so this gravy / curry is so old and desi curry..... So simple and so easy to prepare this... So friends lets move to gravy details....
 Ingredients :-


  • Bitter ground 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind small size (sock it for 15 to 20 minutes) 
  • Oil 6 to 7 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add finely chopped onions and curry leaves mix it well... Then add rock salt, turmeric powder and fry it for lite brown color... 
  2. When onions are fried then add tomatoes mix it well, and fry it for tomatoes are soft... When tomatoes are soft then add red chili powder mix it well.....
  3. And now add roundly cut bitter ground pieces mix it well and then close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in low flame... 
  4. After 5 minutes open lid again mix, when oil will oozes out then squeeze tamarind and add tamarind water to curry mix it well again close with lid boil it for 10 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 10 minutes open lid add jagrrey mix it well and boil it for 5 more minutes in medium flame curry will be little thick... When gravy is thick, and then switch off gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl and serve.......
So yummy and taste litter bitter and sour recipe is ready to serve..... Its so good to eat with rice and chapati also good combination....   • Fish pieces 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder.....
  2. Then add coriander powder mix it well then add some water again mix it well like a paste....  
  3. Now apply the paste to fish pieces like this.... And then put it a bowl... And then shift to deep fridge for 30 minutes (or) put in fridge for 1 hour....
  4. After 1 hour, move it to out... Then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add fish pieces and close with lid boil it in medium flame for 3 minutes....... 
  5. After 3 minutes open lid turn it again close with lid again fry it for 3 minutes.... After 3 minutes open lid..... Turn it again...
  6. Again fry it for 2 minutes in both side in medium flame..... And then move it to a serving plate.......
Now so yummy and crispy fry Fish recipe is ready to eat... Its so good to eat side dish for rice.... Its combination is Rasam, Sambar, Dal curry (Pappu) etc...,

     Hi friends delayed Happy Shivaratri to all my sweet viewers.... Today am sharing recipe is Sweet Pongal Special for Shivaratri.... Lets move to recipe.... Actually this day we are not eat any food only fasting on Shivaratri... So we are not prepare any friends... But Lord Shiva loves panchamrutham, so I prepared Panchamrutham also friends...  
Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 big cup / 250 grams
  • Moong dal 150 grams
  • Bengal gram 100 grams
  • Ghee 150 ml
  • Cashews 20 no
  • Raisin 20 no
  • Milk 500ml
  • Jaggry 250 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking vessel add rice, moong dal, bengal gram, water 8 glasses mix it well and close with lid... Boil it for rice will be boiled...
  2. When rice is boiled mix it well, then close with ;id again boil it for 5 minutes... After 5 minutes open lid mix it again... Then add boiled cool milk (first boil milk and put it a side let it cool then use...) mix it well again boil it for 10 minutes...
  3. Rice will be absoure milk, then add jaggry mix it well.. When jaggry is melt, then add sugar and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame...
  4. Then sugar also melt it will be thick, now take a wok add ghee to heat then add cashew nuts, raisin to fry... Then add to pongal mix it well and then move it to a side...

        Hi friends....... How are u all... Sorry to late post friends... Iam suffering viral fever, am not post here friends... But now ok, then am stared recipes here friends.... Today am sharing recipe is Nellore famous curry Spicy yummy Nellore Fish Curry....... In Nellore very famous curry friends... When any out people came Nellore that people eat this fish curry friends... Not only fish curry in Nellore there are so many places to see and different types of recipe here we prepare friends.... :) Ok friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Fish 1 kg 
  • Onions 3 to 4 big size
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Tamarind 150 grams
  • Red chili powder 6 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 13 to 15 tbsp or 1/4 cup
  • Mango 1
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add finely chopped onions again mix it well for....   
  2. Then add rock salt, turmeric powder mix it well.... Then add curry leaves mix it, add chopped tomatoes mix it well and cook it for tomatoes are soft... 
  3. I already socked tamarind for 30 minutes and make this like puree and then put it a side..
  4. When tomatoes are soft, then add chili powder mix it well for... Cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.. Then add tamarind juice, again mash juice like last pic..
  5. And then add some water again mash it like this pic.. And then add this juice in fish like this 2nd pic.. And then mix it well for...
  6. I already cleaned and put fish pieces... And then close it with lid boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame boil it for... And then open lid mix it well for...
  7. Then add cleaned fish pieces, add green chilies mix like this 4 th pic... (don't use lid after adding fish pieces....)
  8. Again close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes medium flame, then add chopped mango pieces, again mix it like the 2 nd pic... And then cook it for 10 minutes in low flame...
     
  9. After 10 minutes open lid again mix it slowly, then switch off the gas, then add chopped coriander leaves and leave it for 30 minutes.......
Now so yummy and tasty Nellore Fish curry is ready to serve.... Its so spicy and so yummy recipe.. I love very mush fish curry, fish fry, prawns I love to eat friends...
