Bottle Ground Sour Curry Recipe How to Prepare

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Bottle ground Sour Curry ... So yummy and tasty recipe.. This also lunch box recipe friends... So simple and so fast to prepare this recipe...  This recipe is little bit sour and spicy.. Its perfect to eat rice, roti, and chapati... (friends you can eat with rice you can add some ghee in rice and then eat this curry friends)....

Ingredients :-

  • Bottle Ground 200 grams
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2 big
  • Green chilies 8 to 10
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind small size
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl, add water 1 glass, bottle ground pieces (peel it and cut it small pieces), onion pieces, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, tamarind, turmeric powder mix it well and then close with lid, boil it for low flame...
  2. Now open lid, mix it then check when bottle ground piece is soft, water also over then switch off the gas...
  3. Now add rock salt or salt, mash it.. And then put it a side... And then take a tadka or pan add oil to heat.. When oil is heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, hing powder, red chili pieces to fry..
  4. And then add this talimpu to curry mix it well again cook it for 2 minutes and then serve it to a serving bowl... 
Now so yummy and tasty recipe is ready... Friends this curry is so good to eat with rice add some ghee and then mix it eat... And then told to me how it is :).......
