Andhra Style Crispy Fish Fry Recipe How to Prepare

            Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Fish Fry recipe... Very simple and easy to prepare recipe... Simple ingredients and simple to fry... But taste is so yummy friends... Lets move to recipe details...

Ingredients :-

  • Fish pieces 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder.....
  2. Then add coriander powder mix it well then add some water again mix it well like a paste....  
  3. Now apply the paste to fish pieces like this.... And then put it a bowl... And then shift to deep fridge for 30 minutes (or) put in fridge for 1 hour....
  4. After 1 hour, move it to out... Then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add fish pieces and close with lid boil it in medium flame for 3 minutes....... 
  5. After 3 minutes open lid turn it again close with lid again fry it for 3 minutes.... After 3 minutes open lid..... Turn it again...
  6. Again fry it for 2 minutes in both side in medium flame..... And then move it to a serving plate.......
Now so yummy and crispy fry Fish recipe is ready to eat... Its so good to eat side dish for rice.... Its combination is Rasam, Sambar, Dal curry (Pappu) etc...,
