Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Desi style Andhra Pullagura recipe.. Its so spicy and sour taste... This so old and traditional recipe... Actually this recipe prepare my grand mother so this is so long... :).. Simple to prepare and so easy... I think so many people are know this recipe.. This also lunch box curry... (you must cut and clean amarnth leaves (chirriakku) in night and then prepare it in morning...) And now you will prepare in morning so easy for prepare it lunch box... Time also so save you will clean it in night friends... So lets move to recipe details.......
Ingredients :-
- Amarnth Leaves (Chirriakku) 3 branches
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilies 10 to 12
- Tamarind
- Rock salt to taste
- Oil 3 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves

Preparation :-
- First take a vessel add cleaned chirraku leaves, add chopped onions, water 1 glass, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, tamarind....
- And then close with and boil it in medium flame for 10 minutes... After 10 minutes open lid, mix it well... And then add rock salt.....
- Again close with lid boil it for... Curry is almost boiled then switch off the gas... Now take a mash stick, and mash it.... And then take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves to fry... And then add mashed curry and then mix it well and cook it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas..... move it to serving bowl and serve it hot........
