Sivarati Special Sweet Pongal Recipe How to Make

     Hi friends delayed Happy Shivaratri to all my sweet viewers.... Today am sharing recipe is Sweet Pongal Special for Shivaratri.... Lets move to recipe.... Actually this day we are not eat any food only fasting on Shivaratri... So we are not prepare any friends... But Lord Shiva loves panchamrutham, so I prepared Panchamrutham also friends...  
Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 big cup / 250 grams
  • Moong dal 150 grams
  • Bengal gram 100 grams
  • Ghee 150 ml
  • Cashews 20 no
  • Raisin 20 no
  • Milk 500ml
  • Jaggry 250 grams
  • Sugar 100 grams

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking vessel add rice, moong dal, bengal gram, water 8 glasses mix it well and close with lid... Boil it for rice will be boiled...
  2. When rice is boiled mix it well, then close with ;id again boil it for 5 minutes... After 5 minutes open lid mix it again... Then add boiled cool milk (first boil milk and put it a side let it cool then use...) mix it well again boil it for 10 minutes...
  3. Rice will be absoure milk, then add jaggry mix it well.. When jaggry is melt, then add sugar and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame...
  4. Then sugar also melt it will be thick, now take a wok add ghee to heat then add cashew nuts, raisin to fry... Then add to pongal mix it well and then move it to a side...
