Andhra Style Mixed Vegetable Kurma Curry Recipe for Rice and Chapati

     Hi friends to recipe Mixed Vegges Kurma Masala curry...I think all are know this recipe.. :) This is very simple and easy to make this curry recipe..... So try this my style also guys..... So lets move to recipe details....
carrot cauliflower masala curry recipe andhra style

Ingredients :-
  • Carrots 4
  • Cauliflower medium size
  • Ginger small pieces 2 tbsp 
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Fresh Coconut half (1/2 cup)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Shajeera 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Masala powder Ingredients :-
  • Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 
  • Cloves 
Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves fry it in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes fry then cool it for.. Now it will be cool then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder like this......, then store it for.........
  2. Now take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger garlic pieces and grind it fine paste like this, put it a side.....
  3. Then take a wok then add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add shajeera to fry.. Now add chopped onions mix it well for, then add curry leaves, green chilies, chopped tomatoes mix it well for..... 
  4. When tomatoes are soft then add salt, turmeric powder mix it well for. Then add roughly chopped carrot mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 3 minutes in low flame....
  5. After 3 minutes carrots pieces also soft then add grind coconut paste mix it, then add chili powder mix it.. And now add cleaned cauliflower pieces and mix it well....
  6. Mix it, then close with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame.... After 2 minutes open the lid again mix it......
  7. Now water 2 glasses mix it again, then close it with lid and boil it for oil will oozes out......
  8. When oil is oozes out, add grind masala powder and mix it well for.. And then add chopped coriander leaves again mix it well and leave it for 1 minute.
  9. After 1 minute then switch off the gas and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl.......
Now the dish is ready, its good to eat with hot steam rice, roti, chapati, fried rice, flavored rice, etc..., So friends try this taste and delicious recipe in your home and taste it serve it to our friends enjoy the taste guyssssss....... Simple Dry Fish Fry Recipe for Side Dish How to Prepare

                Hi friends, today am sharing one side dish fry item 'Dry Fish Fry'... Very simple to prepare this fry... This very good to eat with side dish like, dal curry(pappu), rasam, lady finger gravy, brinjal gravy, pulla kura, etc..., any gravy items perfect combination.. So friends lets see the process to make this...... This fry item serve it with Pulla kura recipe see in my page... 

Ingredients :-

  • Dry fish pieces 7 to 8 pieces
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp (spicy as u like)
  • Salt pinch
Preparation :-

  1. First take dry fish pieces and put a side. Now take wok add oil to heat, then add fish pieces to fry both side......
  2. Both side are fried, then add sprinkle salt, red chili powder and mix it well for....... then switch off the gas and move it to a bowl and serve it...

Pulla Kura Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today I will share to u leafy curry, name in telugu 'pulakura' in english and hindi i don't no....... :)... Pulakura curry, (pula means sour) this is very tasty and delicious recipe. So simple to prepare curry... So lets see the process to make..

Ingredients :-

  • Amaranth leaves (Chirakku) 2 cups
  • Onions 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 8 to 10 (if u want spicy u can use more, in this recipe don't want to use red chili powder)
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add cleaned leaves, chopped onions, green chilies, chopped tomatoes, tamarind, turmeric powder, water and close it with lid and leave it for 4 to 5 vissels..... 
  2. After 5 vissels switch off the gas and cool it for....... Now open the lid, then add rock salt mash it like this.....
  3. Now take a wok oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreedk seeds, hing to fry, then add curry leaves mix it..., then add mashed curry and mix it for and leave it for 1 minute and switch off the gas move it to a serving bowl..........

Now the taste and so fast to prepare Chiraku pulakura (Amaranth leaves curry) ready... Its good to eat with hot steam rice, add 1 tsp ghee the taste is mmmmmmmhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! no words to share.. You must try this and enjoy guys..... Yours Neha Satish........ Love u all.....


Cucumber Dry Fish Curry Recipe Andhra Style

       Hi friends, to day am sharing one desi recipe 'Cucumber Dry Fish Curry', this is so old recipe...... My amma prepare this curry, very taste.. She will prepare so easy and simple process to make this.. Taste is simple wow....  In my school day, when my amma prepare this curry for my carriage that day my friends definitely share my carriage...... school day are golden daysss........ :) In my childhood day's are so much happy day, sweet day's for me...... :) Am so much naughty girl, me and my friends are bench friends, in my bench 3 me, my friend Rajani and Vijaya lakshmi we are bench and best friends..... In my class strant 20 member only all are my friends but we 3 are best friends.... When my amma prepare this curry my friends will not share to me....... ha ha ha........ really i miss my school day's and my friends........ Ok lets move to preparation........ Ingredients are here.......


Ingredients :-

  • Cucumber 1 medium
  • Dry fish pieces 6 
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Tamarind water 1 cup ( Small lemon size tamarind and soak it and mash it make puree)
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Rock Salt to taste (or) Salt
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-
  1. First dry fish pieces and soak it in hot water for 3 minute, and clean it put it a side..... 
  2. Now take a wok add oil 2 tbsp to heat, when oil is heated then add cleaned fry fish and fry it like this......
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustardseeds, fenugreek seeds to fry. And then add chopped onions, curry leaves to fry......
  4. When onions are fried, then add chopped tomatoes mix it, then add rock salt (in this curry rock salt is so tasty as you like take salt also) and mix it well for..... When tomatoes are soft then add chopped cucumber pieces and mix it well and boil it for cucumber is boiled......
  5. Cucumber is boiled then, add red chili powder mix it well.... Now take tamarind water add to it and mix it well.....
  6. And now close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes, when it came's one boil then add green chilies,fried dry fish pieces and mix it again close with lid....
  7. And boil it for thick curry like this...... And leave it for cool...... After the curry is cool and then move it to a serving bowl....
And now the dish is ready to serve...... Its good to eat with steam rice.... This is so delicious recipe it will be store next day also....  mmmmmmhhhhhhh the taste is super guys..... Fish Egg Fry Andhra Style Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends today recipe is very simple to prepare Fish Egg Fry recipe desi  style...... Actually I don't know to cook this fish egg recipe.. My mom not prepare this in your home.. But after marriage, I know this recipe... My husband sister prepare this fish gravy, but I don' like to eat this fish eggs.... But my husband like this old type of recipe he like...... So I tried to prepare this fish eggs fry.., first time to prepare this then I search in so many bloogs and you tube videos...... Then prepare this my style.. So simple ingredients so fast to prepare and so fast to cook this...... So friends lets move to the recipe........

Ingredients :-

  • Fish eggs 2 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl, add cleaned fish eggs, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well...... And leave it for 1 hour........ 
  2. After 1 hour, open the lid again mix it once. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add marinated fish eggs  and fry it both sides in medium flame.......
  3. Eggs are fried both side (golden brown) then add coriander leaves and then switch off the gas.....
