Beetroot Pakoda Snack recipe How to Prepare

  Hi friend's good evening to all my viewers... today I will share to you one tea time snack recipe.. That is "Beetroot Pakoda" is a best tea time snack recipe and cooking method also very easy. It is a crispy and yummy snack of this recipe which looks very colorful. As a kid I always had trouble eating vegetables and I remember amma taking all pains to make different types to sneak in the veggies. This is one of the kind but beetroot is always my favourite. Hope you enjoy this as much as I do/did :) Beetroot either as halwa or even as a simple poriyal, I just love it. When  in my home have beetroot then I will prepare halwa... My amma will like it so much to eat this beetroot.. She will prepare this beetroot like kurma or fry she will be prepared wow its really really amazing taste... Actually we all are prepared pakoda like onion pakoda, mirchi pakoda or leafy pakoda etc... But this Beetroot Pakoda is perfect and tasty tea time snack.. Off course it's good to health also... Its preparation is so simple, simple ingredients also... So lets see the process to make snack item Beetroot pakoda...  

Ingredients :-

  • Beetroot grated 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Besan flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 6 tbsp
  • Dry Coconut powder 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Cloves 3
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3

Beetroot Pakoda Snack recipe How to make
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok to heat, when wok is heated then add coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, clove roast it for 1 minute in low flame.. And then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder.
  2. Now take a bowl add grated beetroot, besan, salt, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, roasted cinnamon powder, chopped green chilies, coconut powder, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, chopped onions and then mix it well... Mix it like pakoda dough.... 
  3. And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take beetroot mixture and then make it pakoda's... Fry it in medium flame only....
  4. When the pakoda is fried then move it to a paper towel, and then move to a serving plate, then serve it with hot tea........
