Pumpkin Soup South Indian Hot and Spicy

Ingredients :-
  • Pumpkin 150 grams
  • Butter 3 spoons
  • Cinnamon 1 stick 
  • Cloves 5
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Maida flour 2 spoons
  • Garlic cloves chopped 3 spoons
  • Salt to taste 
  • Water 3 cups
  • Pepper powder 2 spoons
  • Cream 3 spoons
Method :-

  1. Remove the pumpkin skin and seeds, then cut it small pieces.
  2. Heat water, then add pumpkin pieces, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leafs and boiled for 15 minutes. 
  3. Then the pumpkin is boiled then the pieces move to mixer jar and grind it fine paste.
  4. Next strain boiled water in a bowl. Then add to water grind pumpkin paste and mix it well.
  5. Take a sauces pan add butter melt it for 1 minute. Add chopped garlic fry, then add maida and mix it well for good smell.
  6. Now add 1 glass of water and mix. Boil for 5 minutes, now add pumpkin puree and mix it well. 
  7. When the pumpkin puree is boiled add salt, pepper powder and mix it. When the consistence is thick then turn to the pumpkin soup serving bowl add cream and serve it hot...
