Ingredients :-
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Boiled Sweet corn 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 spoon
- Soya sauce 1 spoon
- Tomato sauce 2 spoons
- Carrot grated
- Coriander leafs
- Oil 10 spoons
Preparation :-
- Take a bowl add corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, sweet corn and mix it well.
- Then use some water and mix it tight. (like a pakoda dough.)
- Next put the kaddi add oil and then add then corn and fry for 20 minutes in medium flame.
- When the mixer is fry then add grated carrot, and mix it for 2 minutes. Then add coriander leafs and tomato sauce and mix it well.
- Then turn to a serving bowl add some coriander leafs, serve with tomato sauce.....
