Ingredients :-
- Coconut grated 1 cup
- Coconut milk 1/2 glass
- Maida 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 3
- Baking powder
- Butter 150 grs
- Vanilla essence 1 spoon
- Rice flour 3 spoons
- Dry fruits
- Cherries
- Elcahi powder 1 spoon
- Cream for decorate
- Sugar syrup
Method :-
- First coconut grind it fine paste, then move to a bowl.
- Take a bowl beat eggs, separate the egg white & yellow. First beat yellow, when bubbles will came add sugar powder mix then beat for few more mins.
- Then add coconut milk, and coconut paste, butter and mix it well.
- Then add maida beat it. Then beat the egg white also. Bubbles came add this also to the maida batter.
- Next add baking powder, dry fruits, vanilla essence, elachi powderand mix it for more min. It cames fine and thick paste then take a cake box apply butter and turn to cake book spread it....... And then cook it.
- If u cook, oven preheat the oven first 180 degrees. Then put the cake box and set it for 200 degrees for 15 to 20 mins cook it.
- Then take it out for few mins. When the cake is cool take it to a plate and cut it 2 layers. Then take move a side 1st layer spread sugar syrup and apply cream and then put the 2 layer set it. Then apply cream to cover all sides.
- Then sprinkle coconut powder to cake, add cherries to decorate....
And now ready to eat the cake. Christmas & New year cake is ready.........
