Mutter Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Panner 1 cup
  • Green peas (Mutter) 1/2 cup
  • Onions 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Butter 8 spoons
  • Water 1 cup
  • Coriander leafs, curry leafs

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add some water, green peas salt to taste and boil it for.
  2. Next take a wok add 5 spoons of butter, when oil is heat then add panner cudes and fry it lite golden color. It came's  golden color then move to a bowl and put a side.
  3. In same wok add some more butter and then add chopped onions, curry leafs fry it for lite pink colour.
  4. Next add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell butter will came out.
  5. Now butter is came out and then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. And then add turmeric powder and mix it well. Put lid cook it for 5 minutes in sim flame.
  7. And then add half boil green peas and mix it well, cook it for 2 minutes.
  8. Now add salt to taste for curry and mix it for.
  9. And now add water and mix it for, put the lid for boiled the mixture.
  10. When the peas is boiled then add red chilli powder, fried panner cubes and mix it. 
  11. Cook it for 2 minutes (All the ingredients catch the masala.)
  12. When panner also cooked add garam masala powder and mix it cook it for 5 mins.
  13. Now the curry is cooked then add chopped coriander leafs, and move to serving bowl and serve it.........
