Hi friends, today one different Snack item "Masala Vada" it very famous in south.. Its very crispy and spicy snack... In Andhra very famous item... Its a street stall item very tasty simple ingredients prepare also so easy... Actually in your Nellore it very famous snack item.. We eat evening time like Bonda, Bajji, Vada, Masala vada etc..., Evening time we this recipe hot hot.. We went to street stall then we bring this snack then eat it with hot tea to sip.... Wow its great combination... In this time all people went to street stall there have some group friends came eat this snack then they are went.. Of course I am so same when I want to my home after my class then we go there then we order masala vada, Mirchi bajji eat with my friends... In tea stalls have compulsare have this snacks.... In your Nellore we have some friends gang ha ha ha.. Of course every body have small gang or big gang... But me have small gang..... But my amma prepare this snack item in home I love to eat it.. My amma prepare with masala vada with curry its also so good taste.. She will prepare with this vada pulusu.. Its also so tasty and delicious recipe, very different taste some spicy and tangy recipe.. Next time I will prepare that recipe then I will it to recipe process.. But now we prepare the tasty snack item Masala vada will be see the process... Lets see the process to make the "Masala Vada Snack" item...
Ingredients :-
- Chana dal 2 cups
- Dhaniya (Coriander seeds) 1 spoon
- Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
- Dry red chili 4
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
- Cooking soda little bit
- Onion 1
- Curry leafs finely chopped
- Oil for deep fry
- Coriander leafs finely chopped
- First take bowl add chana dal, water and sock it for 4 hours.
- Take a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry chilies, and dry roast it for good smell. Then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder.
- When the masala is grind finely, then add socked chana dal, salt and again grind it rough paste (Don't use water to grind the mixture).
- Next take a bowl add chana dal paste nix it, then add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions, garam masala powder, coriander leafs, Curry leafs, cooking soda and mix it again for 1 minute.
- Now take a wok add oil for deep fry, when oil is heated then make to a small ball and make it like a vada to help of your hands to press it.
- When oil is heated, then drop into oil care fully, then fry it golden brown color. When the vada,s is fried then move to a paper towel. And then move it to a serving plate and serve it.....
Now the tasty and spicy snack item "Masala Vada" is ready to eat... You can serve this tasty recipe with hpt tea..... So good to eat in evening time.. Friends try this recipe in your home and enjoy the taste........
