     Hi friends, good day to all..... Today one deep fry type and fry recipe "Raw Banana Fry". This is also my mom's recipe.. My mom prepare with raw banana so many type of recipe.. Off course, I share you in this blog raw banana recipes.. One is raw banana tomato curry, another is raw banana moong dal fry.. and now this raw banana fry... My mom is great chef in your family.. She prepare all varieties, in moms hand will prepare magic.... ha ha ha.. off course guys all mother hands have magic right... Ok lets move to curry so simple and easy to prepare this fry.. Simple ingredients and so fast to prepare this... It will serve with steam rice for side dish.. to good like sambar / rasam... In south side we definitely we prepare rasam regularly in your homes... So we prepare so many types of fries we prepare.. I will share also here for my loving viewers... :).

Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana 2
  • Onions 2
  • Besan 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Oil for fry banana
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1, 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First peel banana skin and then cut it round pieces, then add besan, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for.... And then sock it for 15 to 20 minutes...

  2. Now take a wok a oil to heat, when oil is heated then drop each piece into oil and then fry it for lite golden color.... Then move it to a side...

  3. Next take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt to taste and then fry it for lite pink color.....

  4. When onions are fried, then add fried raw banana pieces mix it well.. Then close with lid fry it for 2 minutes in low flame........

  5.  After 2 minutes open the lid then add red chilli powder, coriander powder and then mix it well for..... and fry it for 1 minute then move it...

Gulab Jamun Recipe Stuffed with Almond How to Prepare

           Hi friends, today one different and secret Gulab Jamuns recipe... Today my husband sis son birth day so I will prepare this taste gulab jamuns to him..... Actually he likes biryan, chicken lollipops, deserts... But today evening we are celebrated in hotel so I will prefor sweet.. My husband told to me he likes jamuns also.. I tried this suprise gulab jamuns to Mahesh (my husband sis son name).... Gulab Jamun is an Indian dessert where small balls made of milk solids and flour are deep fried and then soaked in sugar syrup flavoured with cardamom or saffron. There are different ways of making gulab jamuns. You can use milk powder, fresh paneer or khoya. But I made it with MTR gulab jamuns mixture I use. I prepare gulab jamuns with paneer and khoya... Results is good to with khoya is good, it so soft and delicious.. Paneer is little bit hard not so good.. You can get khoya in any Indian grocery store or sweets shop and it can be used to make many different types of desserts. But today I use gulab jam mixture and dry fruits crush and some little color.. And also so richness I add some essences also for more and delicious.... It is better to prepare gulab jamun a day early so that the sugar syrup gets soaked well by the  fried milk balls. You can keep it in the fridge and heat  it up before serving or even serve it cold.......

Ingredients :-


  • Gulad Jam mixture 1 packet
  • Sugar 800 grams
  • Pine apple essences 5 drops
  • Food color yellow or green pinch
  • Almonds 10 nos
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Water for use

Preparation :-

  1. First take a plate add gulab mixture and then take some porsation mixture to another plate... Then add it food color. First mix it plain mixture,  add water and then mix it well for soft dough... Next take color mixture add water and make like soft dough... like this.

  2. Prepare this like and then make small balls..........

  3. Now take jar add almonds and then crush it like this..

  4. Next take color mixture and make small ball, and press it like this. And then add almond crush and then close it and make round balls.......
  5. And then take plain mixture and make small ball again press and then put it middle color again close it with plain and make round balls.......

  7. Now take pan add sugar, water and then mix it well, boil it for sugar will be melted one boil came...... like this.

  8. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then drop gulab jams and fry it in medium flame...... for golden brown color..

  9. When jamuns are fried then add to sugar syrup, then add pine apple essence also add and then soak it for minimum 2 to 3 hours.... Its prefect...

Andhra Drumstick (Munakkaya Pulusu) Curry How to Prepare

          Hi friends, first I say sorry to my loving viewers, I am little busy so am not post any recipes.. Ok lets see the recipe guys.... Today I will share one of my favorite recipe Munakkaya Pulusu (Drum stick Curry)... This my my grand mother cuisine recipe.. Actually my grand mother (amma mother) prepare like chutneys, roti pachadi, pulusu.. Its really amazing friends in my grand mother hands prepare some magic ha ha ha.... My grand mother recipes she will use some little sour and sweet she will like... Really guys you must try this in your kitchen I will sure to prepare so many recipes my grand mother, my amma recipes are in my hand so I will share more and more to all my sweet loving friends & viewers...... Lets see the process to make this easy and fast recipe Munakkaya Pulusu......

Ingredients :-

  • Munakkaya (Drum sticks) 2
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Tamarind big lemon size 
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2,1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. Take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add finely chopped onions mix it.. Now add salt, turmeric powder again mix it well and fry it for 3 minutes in low flame..

  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped tomatoes, curry leaves and then mix it well for.... Then add chopped drum sticks (munakkaya), chilli powder and then mix it well for......

  3. And then close with lid and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame... And make tamarind water and then add to curry and then mix it well (then check salt and then use water for your like sour....)

  4. Again close with lid and then boil it in medium flame for it will be thick... (Almost 10  minutes......)

  5. After 10 minutes open the lid and then add grated Jaggery 2 tbsp, again mix it well for... And then boil it for 5 more minutes.. then switch off...

And now my grand mother recipe is ready..... Friends one note :- in this curry is completed then live it for 1 hour in that pan only when you serve then move it to a serving......         Hi friends, today recipe is "Paneer Butter Masala" or "Paneer Cashew nut Paste" is a very popular Punjabi recipe made from Indian Cottage cheese with gravy that is thickened by using butter, onion paste, tomato paste and cashew paste. Butter paneer masala which is also known as Kadai paneer, is widely known as Punjabi cuisine which is very popular in the northern part of India. Unlike any other Indian cuisine, butter paneer masala has more softer taste of spices as it is normally prepared or cooked with cream, and sometimes people also mixed with cashew paste in the cooking. Paneer Butter Masala has always been a firm favorite for many people be it restaurants or home.           Hi friends, today one different recipe Raw Banana Tomato Curry... Very simple and easy to make this curry.. Actually this recipe is my moms kitchen recipe.. I like to eat raw banana but different type like roast, kabab, fry, masala fry or snack type.. But iam not so much like raw banana curry... But my amma prepare this type recipe I eat it.. So today i will show you to all my amma recipe.. Simple ingredients to use in this recipe, not only that it will time also save.. You can prepare this in morning time for lunch box also its fast recipe........ My amma prepare this curry to your lunch box prepare this curry for my school days monthly 3 to 4 times.. this is so fast recipe... But that day my lunch box is share my friends ha ha ha.. School days are golden days to me its so many memories to me guys.... You know am the leader of my friends batch..... We are 5 members daily we share boxes but one recipe am not share that is Prawn curry, Sambar, Kakarakaya recipes Iam not share to my friends.. But they don't leave me...   1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, curry leafs and fry it for 2 minutes... Then add ginger garlic, chopped tomatoes and then mix it well.. Cook it for tomatoes soft, then add rock salt / salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for........

  2. When tomatoes are totally cooked, then add chopped raw banana mix it well for.... then close with lid and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 3 minutes, open the lid then mix it well for.....

  4. Then add 1/4 glass water, again mix it well for.... Then put the lid again cook it for water will be vapour......

  5. When water is purely vapoured, then add red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well for and again fry for 2 minutes....... then move it to a serving bowl...

Now the dish is ready to serve.... Its good combination to rice, roti, chapati.. But I eat this with rice and chapati..
