  • Yellow cucumber small 1
  • Yellow Lentils 1 cup  (red gram / turdal)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind little bit
  • Green chilies 10
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Urad dal (black dal) tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/6 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leafs
    Dosakaya Pappu Andhra Style Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add red gram cleaned it, then add chopped cucumber pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, tamarind, 1 glass water and close to lid and boil it for 4 to 5 vissles.... 
  2. After 4 vissels switch off the gas and then put it a side for 5 minutes, pressure will gone then open the lid... 
  3. Now add salt to taste and them mash it, then take a wok add oil to heat when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, garlic clove pieces, red chili pieces and curry leafs to fry...
  4. When mixture is fried then add cucumber dal to the mixture and then mix it well, and then cook it for 2 minutes then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with hot rice and ghee......
Now the tasty and delicious cucumber dal recipe is ready to eat..... Its good to eat with steam rice, roti, chapati....       Hi friends good morning to all...... Today my sis daughter birthday, so I prepared different and tasty morning breakfast recipe for my sis daughter "Chaturya"...... She like cakes and chocolates... So I tried this muffins in my home, to my sweet chatu..... I prepared this is for to my darling my baby chatu friends...... Actually I prepared flour muffins, after my marriage my husband prepare for me this cornmeal muffins to me I like it so mush... Its really so tasty and so soft then I tried this again in my home its great to me... guys....  The  corn and corn meal combine to make the ultimate cornbread muffins! My husband prepare this muffins cornmeal, some cherry's, dry fruits add its wow taste I like it... But now am just change some ingredients here I use fresh fruits  in this muffins... I love strawberry so I tried "Strawberry Corn Muffins".... Its very simple and taste, not only strawberry you can use pineapple, apple, kiwi, Sapota (Chikoo), banana, etc.... "Very refreshing, fruity and delicious! These muffins will bring a smile to anyone's day! Share them with someone you love. You may substitute strawberries if you wish and feel free to use either naturally flavored strawberry and vanilla." So lets see the process to make........ 

Ingredients :-

  • Butter 100 grams
  • Sugar powder 100 grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Cornmeal powder 1 cup
  • Maida Flour 100 grams
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Strawberry's 100 grams
  • Dry fruits 50 grams
    Strawberry Cornmeal Muffins How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cornmeal flour, water also add and then soak it for 30 to 40 minutes. (for the muffins will came very soft texture so you must be soaked it for...)
  2. After 40 minutes, take a bowl add butter, sugar then beat it for creamy texture, when the batter is came creamy then add beated eggs again mix it well.....
  3. The mixture is totally mixed, then add maida flour again mix it for soft and creamy texture....
  4. Now add vanilla essence, soaked cornmeal again mix it well, when the mixture is totally mixed then add chopped dry fruits, chopped strawberry pieces again mix lite...
  5. Then take cake muffins apply butter to muffins, then add this mixture to muffins and then move it to a oven tray....
  6. Preheat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees, after 10 minutes move the tray to oven and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes in 180 degrees....
  7. After 20 minutes take it out and then cool it for 10 to 15 minutes and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with honey........

Boneless Chicken Cashew Nut Paste Curry How to Make

   Hi to all, today Sunday special recipe "Boneless Chicken Curry"... One of my favorite dish, really am love it so much... My husband also love's chicken very mush... He likes chicken curry, chicken fry, chicken biryani he like's so much... He will ask me try some more different type chicken like butter chicken, butter cashew nut chicken.... So to taoday I tried this taste recipe Boneless chicken curry with Cashew nuts paste...  Best described as succulent chicken cooked in a silky sauce of onions, cashews and spices… This dish is  nutty and flavor fully spicy without being fiery hot. The cashew paste and yogurt contribute to make the nutty, creamy texture of this gravy. Recipe may seem complicated because of the longer list of ingredients, I’ve tried to keep in mind the availability of spices here in the States. Cardamom pods and garam masala (a ground mix of whole spices) may be the only two ingredients not easily available at regular grocery stores depending on where you are. The process of making it and the flavors you can achieve making it at home however is a lot easier than it seems… Well worth your time over ordering take out :-) with Naan (see recipe here) or rice, this dish can easily be adapted for an equally exotic vegetarian version if you substitute the chicken for cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes,  peppers and peas....... So lets see the process to make the recipe.......

Boneless Chicken Cashew Nut Paste Curry How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take chicken cut it small pieces, then add to a bowl....  Then add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder 1 tbsp, turmeric powder half, garam masala powder 1/2 spoon, coriander powder 1/2 spoon, chat masala, yogurt, kasuri methi, butter 2 tbsp, red color little bit now mix it well.... Soak it for 30 minutes....
  2. After 30 minutes, take a wok add oil, 2 cubes butter to heat, when oil is heated then add soaked chicken pieces fry it in medium flame..... When chicken is totally cooked then move it to a side.....
  3. Now taek a wok add butter 8 tbsp to heat, when butter is melted then add whole garam masala's all... Whole garam masala's are fried then add onion paste, salt to taste and then fry it for oil will oozes out....
  4. When oil is oozes out then add tomato puree fry it for oil will oozes out... Then add cashew paste also add put it in sim and fry it for..... When oil will oozes then add garam masla powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, food color then mix it well for.... Boil it in sim flame only..... 
  5. Boil it for 10 minutes in sim flame to boil, when the mixture is boiled then add boiled chicken also in to curry and then mix it well for....... Fry it for 5 more minutes in low flame.... Then add fresh cream mix it, then switch off the gas.....
  6. Then move it to a serving bowl and then add coriander leafs, cream then serve it with pulka, fried rice, chapati, dosa, naan, etc.....,

Pulihora its very famous in Andhra, we prepare this recipe especially Pulihora does not need any introduction for most of the South Indians, especially people from Andhra. It is called by different names  in different regions. Tamarind sourness dominates the rice and is neutralized just right enough with the fiery hotness of green chilies and red chilies the wholesome crunch of peanuts, cashews and the flavor full richness of curry leaves and taste and good smell used hing also for more taste. The combination of all the ingredients makes Pulihora a sumptuous deal for the stomach. Andhra, Pulihora finds its place as a main delicacy during all festive occasions. Especially in my home, Pulihora, sweet pongal, Garelu are staple festive foods. Pulihora is also offered as the ‘divine’ prasadam in many Hindu temples. When making this dish please resist the temptation of using store bought mixes, this is truly enjoyed with the fresh squeezed tamarind pulp.   1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds to fry.. 
  2. After fry all grams then, add cashew nuts, ground nuts, also fry for good smell.. 
  3. Now add curry leafs, chopped green chilies, red chilies, turmeric powder, salt then add hing powder also and mix it well.
  4. Then add tamarind puree, and mix it well for... Boil it for water will be water will be vapor...
  5. Water will be vapor the mixture will be lived oil out.. Oil will oozes out out the mixture is completed.. then switch off the gas and then put it a side for...
  6. Now take big plate and then add boiled rice spread it totally... Now add tamarind mixture into rice and then mix it well... Mix it for the rice will be absorbed then move it to a bowl and then press it tight...
  7. Put it for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes you can serve this taste tamarind rice is ready to eat........

Andhra Style Spicy Chicken Fry Recipe How to Prepare

         Chicken fry is a delicious dish with great aroma and taste. It has very little,thick gravy or to say it is a rather dry roasted form. I have added lots of chili powder to give a nice spice kick to the chicken fry. You can reduce the amount of chilly powder and add more of onions if you like the spicy flavor. Spicy Andhra Chicken is another roast recipe its my family favorite dish. It is a dry version and is great accompaniment with rice, chapathi or fried rice. The chicken in this recipe is usually deep fried or shallow fried, (some times whole stuffed chicken ) and then coated with the masala. Here I have shallow fried the chicken. It  tasted delicious with fried rice.  In my home we eat this recipe with plain rice for side dish recipe... Give this recipe a try... This goes well with rice, parattas and chapati....   • Onions 3 
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 4

  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leafs
  • Curry leafs 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add 3 tbsp oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, chicken pieces, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and then mix it well.... Put the lid and cook it for dry the chicken....
  2. When chicken is totally cooked then switch off the gas put it a side, now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled chicken fry it for...
  3. Fry it in medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes... Chicken will be totally fried then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, coconut powder and then mix it well for....
  4. Again fry it for 10 more minutes in medium flame... Chicken absorb all the masala powder, then add chopped coriander leafs and curry leafs then mix it well..... Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.....
