Ingredients for Spicy Powder :-
  • Urad dal  1 cup
  • Bengal Gram 5 tbsp
  • Roasted Dal 5 tbsp
  • Yellow Lentils 1/4 cup
  • Moong Dal 1/4 cup
  • Ground Nuts 1/2 cup
  • Dry Red Chilies 8
  • Tamarind  lemon size
  • Salt to taste 
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp

 Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add urad dal, roasted dal, moong dal, yellow lentils and fry it for 2 minutes.. then move it to a plate.

  2. Next add dry red chilies and roast it for 1 minute move it to a plate.. In same wok add bengal gram roast and move it to a plate, and then add ground nut roast it and then move it to a plate and remove the skin.

  3. Next same wok add coriander & cumin seeds and fry it for 1 minute then move a plate. 
  4. Now take a jar add all fried item (accept coriander and cumin seeds), tamarind, salt and then grind it powder.

  5. And then add fried coriander and cumin seeds and grind it fine powder... and move it to a tight container to store this spicy powder....

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.
  2. Then add finely chopped onions, curry leaves and fry it for lite brown color. Now add turmeric powder, salt and fry it for...
  3. When the onions are fried then add chopped drum stick pieces and mix it well, then close the lid and then cook it for 8 minutes in low flame.
  4. After 8 minutes check it, again close the lid and again cook for drum stick will be boiled, then start next process.
  5. When the drum stick is totally cooked then add red chili powder, spicy powder and mix it well, and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it......

Today recipe is 'Coconut Milk Biryani'... This is south Indian recipe.. In Tamil Nadu this recipe very famous... recipe. My grand mother (father mom) is lived in Chennai.. When I got holidays I will go to my grand mother home I will enjoyed my holiday's in Chennai.. Its a great place and traditional smell there.. I love to eat Chennai Idly sambar, kesari very much.. My grand mother will go to temple every Saturday, I will also go with here.. That day my grand mother will prepare Coconut Rice in home wow its amazing..... Its amazing taste and smell is so good fresh coconut milk, I really love it to eat this recipe.... :)..  Next time I will tried this recipe in my home some little bit changes, that I invite my best friends also to my home I will give them small party in my home.. So I will tried this recipe.. My mom help to cook this rice.. All my friend's will love it so much.. Neha its a great taste yar.. I am really so happy.. Than q U grand maaaaaaa.......   • Coconut milk 1,1/2 cups
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves
  • Green chilies 5
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamom 4
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ghee 8 tbsp
  • Cashew nut paste 3 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking vessel add ghee, when ghee is heated then add cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cardamom to fry it for.
  2. Now add finely chopped onions, mint leaves, green chili pieces to fry it for lite brown color. Then add ginger garlic paste also and mix it well for good smell.
  3. Ghee will oozes out, then add cashew nut paste and fry it for 5 minutes in low flame... Ghee will oozes out then add water 1/2 glass, coconut milk 1,1/2 cups, salt and mix it well. 
  4. And mix it well and then put the lid to boil the water, when the water is boiled add soaked rice and then mix it well.. 
  5. And cook it medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes... After the rice is boiled mix it lite then put the dum for 5 more minutes.. And then move it to serving bowl and serve it hot....
Yummy and tasty recipe "Coconut Milk Biryani" is so tasty and delicious rice.. You can serve this rice with any masala curry... like potato masala curry as u like to eat this tasty rice... I've used pineapple as it blends wonderfully with the basundi while enriching it with vitamin C and fiber. It's important to remember to use a fully ripe pineapple because an unripe fruit will require a lot more sugar thus adding on unnecessary calories. An easy-to-make, almost-evil indulgence highlighted by the tang of pineapples, this version is within the reach of diabetics thanks to the use of low-fat milk and sugar substitutes. The sugar substitutes can be adjusted as per your liking. Pineapple contributes not just flavor but nutrients too, as it is rich in vitamin c. However, pineapple has digestive enzymes which can curdle the milk… so first you need to destroy these by cooking the pineapple before adding it to the milk. Cut small pieces pine apple cubes...   1. First take a pan add ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add pine apple grated fry it in low flame for 5 minute.. (fry it for good smell it will be leave raw smell)....
  2. Now add sugar and mix it well.. And boil it for sugar is melted, when sugar is totally melted then add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  3. Next take a pan add milk and boil it... Boil it for 1 cup milk will be came.. milk, when the milk is totally ticked then condensed milk add and mix it well.....
  4. And then mix it well, boil it for 5 minutes in low flame. Now add almond pieces, cashew nut pieces and mix it well for.. And cook it for 2 minutes...... Then move it to a serving bowl....
  5. Then move it to freezer and cool it for 4 hours.. then serve it cool..... and enjoy the desert...

Ennai kathirikkai Recipe How to Cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add toor dal dry roast it good smell, then move it to a plate. Now take a pan add water 2,1/2 cup boil it, when the water is boiled then add fried toor dal in to boiled water and boiled it...
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, curry leafs to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry it lite gold color..
  3. Now add crushed garlic cloves, salt, turmeric powder and mix it.. take brinjals cut it like for stuffed brinjal, and then add to it cut it like all and then mix it well.
  4. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, tomato pieces and mix it well. And then add tamarind pulp juice, sugar and mix it well and put the lid to boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  5. After 5 minutes open the lid, add 1 glass of water again mix it well again put the lid and boil it, now take boiled toor dal add to jar and grind it fine paste. 
  6. And then add the toor dal paste in to curry and mix it well.. And boil it for 10 minutes in low flame... When the brijal is boiled then add coriander leaves and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it........
