Fish Egg Fry Andhra Style Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends today recipe is very simple to prepare Fish Egg Fry recipe desi  style...... Actually I don't know to cook this fish egg recipe.. My mom not prepare this in your home.. But after marriage, I know this recipe... My husband sister prepare this fish gravy, but I don' like to eat this fish eggs.... But my husband like this old type of recipe he like...... So I tried to prepare this fish eggs fry.., first time to prepare this then I search in so many bloogs and you tube videos...... Then prepare this my style.. So simple ingredients so fast to prepare and so fast to cook this...... So friends lets move to the recipe........

Ingredients :-

  • Fish eggs 2 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl, add cleaned fish eggs, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well...... And leave it for 1 hour........ 
  2. After 1 hour, open the lid again mix it once. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add marinated fish eggs  and fry it both sides in medium flame.......
  3. Eggs are fried both side (golden brown) then add coriander leaves and then switch off the gas.....

              Hi friends, today am sharing new recipe "Crab Masala Curry"..... First time am prepare this crab curry in my home.... My amma also not prepare this curry in my home, we don't know how to prepare this curry recipe to us....... We eat only fish, prawns and chicken only..... But in costal area (Nellore) sea food will be availableso much...... So we eat this only... But first time am eat this recipe, my dad friend wife prepare this curry for us... I don't know how to eat this, then aunt will told to me how to eat  taste is simple mmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhh no word's to share...... First time am this curry, am just 14 years old.. am studying 10 th class... Its so long time...... My amma not prepare this in my home.. when we want then we ask aunt then she will prepare and sent to us...... After marriage I asked my husband you how to prepare carb curry recipe he told noooooo!!!!!! Ok then take it out and we enjoyed.. I saw this recipe in youtube its very simple but how to I prepare it, I saw so many types saw then I like to prepare this in my style and simple and to cook...... So I tried it first time in my home wowwwwwwwww its so delicious no words to share you must try this and enjoy the taste.......... :) Ok lets move to curry details...............
Crab Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Cook
Ingredients :-

  • Crab 250 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 5
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp (home made)
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp (In this curry oil be taken ❤)
  • Curry leaves
  • Coconut powder 5 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies and curry leaves and mix well for...... Fry it for lite brown color......

  2. Onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste mix it well for... Fry for good smell, then add cleaned crab, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well....

  3. Mixture is all over mixed, then leave it for 2 minutes fry it for in low flame... After 2 minute add red chili powder and mix it well for, then close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes in medium flame.......
  4. After 5 minutes open lid, oil will oozes out then add 1 glass of water mix it then close it with lid and boil it for oil will oozes out in low flame....... 
  5. Open the lid oil will oozes out, then mix it well for...... Now add coconut and coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it well for...... And leave it for 2 minutes and move it to a serving bowl add coriander leaves......

Small Fish Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Cook

            Hi friends........ Today one different and tasty delicious recipe Small fish curry / gravy.. this recipe is tradition recipe.. My grand mother will prepare this recipe same to prepare like big fish curry.., but process will be different.. Taste is simply super.... This curry will eat next day its so yummy.... So friends prepare this curry in night and then serve this 2morow.... Are prepare this morning and leave it for 5 to 6 hours and then serve........ ☺☺ So lets move to preparation.........
Small Fish Curry Recipe


Ingredients :-


  • Small Fish 1/2 kg
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes 2 
  • Tamarind 100 grams (two lemon big size)
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 4  to 5 tsp
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Oil 8  tbsp
  • Raw Mango 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First clean small fishes and put it a side, now take tamarind into a bowl add water and soak it for......... And mash it make it like a thick juice.... 
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Now add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and mix it well for......
  3.  When onions are soft then rock salt, turmeric powder and ,ix it well for.... Then add finely chopped onions mix it well, tomatoes are soft then add curry leaves mix it....
  4. Oil will oozes out then tamarind water, red chili powder mix it well...... Then add chopped green chilies and boil it for........
  5. Gravy is boiled (oil is ozzes out) then add cleaned small fishes and mix it carefully...... Then close it with lid and boil it in medium flame for 10 minutes...... 
  6. After 10 minutes open the lid now add chopped mango pieces slowly mix it, again close it with and boil it for oil will oozes out like this...... Then the curry is ready..... 
Now my tasty and delicious my favorite dish is ready..... Its good to eat with rice..... Friend's you must leave it for minimum 2 to 4 hours.... Y means the taste will be increase.. Ridge Gourd Tomato Bengal Gram Coconut Curry Andhra Style

          Hi friends, today my mom's special recipe Ridge Gourd gravy recipe.. This is very simple to prepare and so fast to cook, its good to serve lunch box also less time o make this recipe... In this recipe am using bengal gram and coconut it very good combination... So friends lets move to recipe details......... 

Ridge Gourd Tomato Bengal Gram Coconut Curry
Ingredients :-


  • Ridge ground 1/4 kg
  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
  • Fresh coconut 3 tbsp
  • Ginger small piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-


  1. First take a cooker add bengal gram, water and boil it for 2 vissels then switch off the gas. Then cool it, when pressure is gone then open the lid and strain water and keep it a side.. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry... Now add chopped onion and mix it well and fry it for lite pink color......
  2. When onions are soft then add chopped ridge gourd, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder mix it well for..... Fry it for 2 more minutes, and then add crush ginger and mix it well for, then close it with lid and boil it for again 2 more minutes...
  3. After 2 minutes, open the lid ridge is boiled then add boiled bengal gram water (When you use bengal gram boiled water will be use it) and mix it well for...... Then add red chili powder mix it then close it with lid and boil it for 2 more minutes.....
  4.  After 2 minutes then add crush fresh coconut mix it, then add curry leaves again mix it then leave it for 30 sec then switch off the gas and leave it for 1 minute then move it to a serving bowl......

           Hi friends, toady one different and tasty Andhra style Ridge Gourd Bengal Gram Dal Fry recipe (Beerakaya Senagapappu Talimpu).... Its very simple to prepare and so tasty.. One of my fav dish, my amma prepare this recipe monthly twice.. Not only this dish she will prepare with ridge gourd masala curry, onion fry, etc..., not only curry's and fries she will prepare chutneys also so tasty... Ridge Gourd Bengal Gram Dal Fry Recipe How to Make

Ingredients :-

  • Ridge Gourd (Beerakaya) 1/4 kg
  • Bengal Gram (Senagapappu) 1/4 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add bengal gram, water and boil it for 95%, then move it to a plate... Now take a pan add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry, then add chopped onions to fry......

  2. When onions are fried then add chopped ridge gourd, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for.... Now add curry leaves and mix it again, then close with lid and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame...... 
  3. After 2 minutes, open the lid and mix it well for. When ridge is soft (perfect soft) then add boiled bengal gram and mix it well for.......
  4. And cook it for 1 minute in low flame, then add crush garlic, red chili powder, pinch of salt and mix it well for.. And fry it for 30 sec and then switch off the gas......
  5. After 30 sec switch off the gas and put it for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl..
Now the dish is ready to serve with hot steam rice.... Its good to with rice and also serve this with side dish with pappu charu (tur dal charu) rasam... And also serve with roti, chapati... Brinjal Dry Mango Desi Style Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends, today recipe is Dry Mango Brinjal Desi Recipe....  This recipe is my grand mother recipe... My grand mother prepare like these type recipe's she love to eat this very much... My grand nother prepare like lady's finger, brinjal, drumstick, cucumber etc... She love to eat only gravy's (pulusulu) and she eat this gravy's she add some sugar and eat this she love sour and sweet ha ha ha :)...... Not only gravy's she will expert in chutneys (pachadulu)... I will share it in my blogg... Ok then lets move to this curry is very simple to prepare its time will be take only 15 minutes only..... But first soak dry mango in water and then start the process it will be so easy...... So friend's lets see the process to make this gravy step by step pic's here.....

Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal's 250 grams
  • Dry Mangoes 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes medium 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water and add dry mangoes soak it for 15 to 20 minutes....... After 20 minutes, take a bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry....
  2. Now add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for..... When onions are fried then add chopped tomatoes mix it well for.... 
  3. When tomatoes are soft then add chopped brinjal pieces, red chili powder, soaked dry mangoes and mix it well for........ 
  4. And now close with lid and boil it for 1 minute in slow flame, after 1 minute brinjal is soft then add water 1/4 glass mix it again close with lid and boil it for water will be vapour......
  5. Water will be vapour once mix it then switch off the gas and live it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it....... 
Now the dish is ready to serve...... Its good to eat with rice, roti, pulka, chapati etc...., it perfect to eat this curry.... It will be so tasty and delicious recipe....
