Spicy Yummy Andhra Prawn Masala Fry Recipe How to Prepare

       Hi, friends today am sharing recipe is Prawn Masala Fry.. Very simple to  make this yummy recipe.. Simple ingredients and easy to cook..  I prepare this fry item for rice.. Its so yummy to eat also roti, chapati etc.., You can serve with side dish also so good... :) This is my signature recipe friends.. Its so fast to make this fry item friends, but must to prepare only one ingredient friends, that is Onion paste you will prepare this and then start process... Limit ingredients but taste is mmmmmhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! no words friends you just make this fry item taste it and then tell to me am told right or not :)... Ok then move to recipe details here..... 

Ingredients :- 

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes medium 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coconut Powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned prawns, add salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well and then leave it for 5 minutes...
  2. Now switch on the gas move this bowl to stove, then add salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander and then mix it well... Then add coriander leaves mix it well, now close with lid boil it for 5 to 10 minute...
  3. And now take a jar, add chopped onions and grind it like crush.. Now check prawn boil are not, when prawn is boiled then move it to a side..
  4. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, grind onion paste mix it..  
  5. Then add salt for onion paste, turmeric powder mix it well.. Fry it till good aroma.. When it came good aroma, it will oozes oil then add curry leaves, green chilies 3 mix it well...
  6. Then add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp again fry it till 30 sec.. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.. Fry it till tomatoes are soft...
  7. When tomatoes are boiled, then add boiled prawns (add 3 tbsp water in boiled prawn bowl mix it then add to prawns) and then mix it well... Then add little bit red chili powder, garam masala powder and then mix it well... (Here you also add coriander powder actually in chili powder have so am not adding friends am using chili powder home made we prepare in home that's y am tolding friends..)
  8. Now add coconut powder and mix it well... Fry it for 1 minute, then add coriander leaves again mix it well.. And then move it to a serving bowl...
So Yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Masala Fry Recipe is ready.. Its so yummy to eat with rice, roti, chapati etc.., Also good to serve with any soups for side dish friends...
