My amma & nana (dad) went Rajasthan there eat this recipe my amma will like it so much.. Then she will came to home then she will prepare this recipe. For me it is one of those things I like to eat every few months- not all the time- not sure why- maybe because it is a bit labor intensive so people don’t end up making it very often. A dish that has grown from being a Rajasthan special to a country favourite needs little to be said! Gram flour dissolved in Butter milk, Kadhi is cooked on slow flame to enhance it's flavours and decorated with chillies to give your taste buds a blast.... A curry with crunchy fried pakodas (tempuras) and a mouth-watering tempering  is called Pakoda Kadhi  best Indian yogurt soup :)...  This spiced up yogurt based curry has a teasing taste with its sourness and crunchy pakodas.
