Healthy Carrot Milkshake Recipe How to Prepare

     Carrot is a root vegetable usually orange in color. It ahs crisp texture when they are fresh. Carrots can be eaten in various ways. They can be boiled, steamed, or cooked in soups and stews. They can be eaten raw by adding them to salads. In India carrots are usually added to spicy rice dishes, dal and salads. The most popular dish with carrots is Gajar KA Halwa. Carrots can be taken in juice form or added to milk to make Milk shake. Yes Milkshake, for day 3, under kids Delight- colorful dishes am here with Carrot Milkshake. Healthy and yummy Milkshake which has natural color in itself. My Sister son loved this. Carrot gets its characteristic and bright orange color from β-carotene, which is metabolized into vitamin A in humans. Carrots are also rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants, and minerals. Carrot milkshake is a creamy and tasty milkshake made with carrot and milk. A simple filling milkshake would make anytime a joy. I love milkshakes as it fills the tummy in seconds and it is very easy to prepare and of course tastes heavenly. Badam shake has always topped my favorite list, you can check out the recipe here. Today I have shared another simple milkshake using carrots, cashew nuts those who do not wish to eat carrots raw can try this method and trick their taste buds. Even kids who make a fuss to consume vegetables in any form will relish this drink, it will be an easier way into feeding the goodness. The vanilla ice-cream, carrots combo will make a very rich and creamy drink that anyone would love for sure. This will be a filling, lip-smacking brunch time milkshake or even a snack time drink.  Or drink in after break fast time also its so good... In this milk shake we use boiled carrots, some sugar or honey as you like...... Here goes the recipe  recipe.......

Ingredients :-

  • Carrots 250 grams
  • Cashew Nuts 20 grams
  • Boiled Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Sugar for taste or Honey
  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add carrot pieces, add 1 glass milk, water 1 glass and then boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame....
  2. When the carrot is boiled then move it to a bowl and then cool it for.... When the carrot is cool then add to jar and then grind it fine paste...
  3. Now take a jar add cashew nuts, cardamon powder and then grind it fine powder... 
  4. And then take a bowl add boiled cool milk, and then add carrot paste, sugar, cashew nut powder, and then mix it well......
  5. And then move it to freezer and then cool it for 30 minutes.... After then move it to serving bowl and then serve it.....
