Ingredients :-
- Boiled potatoes 150 grams
- Curd 1 cup
- Green chillies 4
- Ginger pieces 2 spoons
- Corn flour 4 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Fired bengal gram flour(Besan) 2 spoons
- Cardamom powder 1 spoon
- Pepper powder 1 spoon
- Mint, Coriander leaves
- First boiled potatoes, then remove the peel, and then mash it.
- Then take a bowl add curd, corn flour, salt, cardamom (elaichi) powder, green chilli pieces, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Then take mash potato and add green chilli pieces, coriander leaves, pepper powder, fried besan and mix it.
- Then make it into a small balls and press it, then add the stuff curd mixture and close it. Then roll in corn flour powder then deep fry it in medium flame.
- When it comes to golden colour place it paper towel. Then serve it with tomato sauce.
Now dahi ke kabab is ready...To eat... Serve it with slice onions.
