Pine Apple Jalebi Recipe How to Prepare

   Hi friends, today one different sweet recipe that is "Pine Apple Jalebi". Its so delicious mouth watering sweet. Ingredients :-
  • Pine apple  1
  • Maida flour  (WHITE MILL) 1 cup
  • Ghee for deep fry
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 spoon
  • Saffron little bit
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts crush 5 tbsp
  • Pista crush 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • salt pinch
PINE APPLE JALEBI RECIPE

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, curd, baking powder, salt to pinch and mix it well.
  2. It contains like a thick paste. (Like a Bajji batter.) And then put it a side.
  3. And then take pine apple cut it round slices. And then add to sugar water to soak.
  4. Next take a thin bowl to add sugar, 1/4 water and boil it for sugar syrup. It contains one thread constance.  
  5. And then add cardamom powder and mix it well and then add soaked saffron milk also and then boil it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas. 
  6. Next take a wok add ghee to heat. When ghee is heat and then start the process.
  7. And then take pine apple rings take and then dip the maida batter and then move it to heat ghee to fry the pine apple batter. Fry it in medium flame for good colour.
  8. It came's golden colour and then move it to syrup, and soak it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes move to a plate.
  9. And then sprinkle the cashew nuts crush, pista crush. And then serve with icecream....
