"Prawn Dry Fry Recipe" is a sea food dish tried by me and prawns fry is shallow fried in little bit of oil and I must say the recipe which has been made has turned out amazing. I basically try my hands at fish and when I started trying my hands on prawn fry I was amazed that it tasted very well. Prawn fry recipe is shallow fried with the basic spices and its an instant dish that can be made in few minutes. But, the most important point in making a prawn recipe is cleaning the prawns. Once that is done, the prawn recipes don’t require lots of time and are quite simple dishes. Extracting the vein is quite important in cleaning prawns for prawn fry. Sea food is mostly prepared in coastal regions and is mostly loved by the people in South region. Fish and prawns are the common sea food dishes that are preferred across the country. Prawns can also be called as shrimp or shrimps and are so delicate in handling and to touch. One needs to master the art of deveining it, then they can be made in no time. Prawn fry can be used as a starter or can be eaten along with rice… Now off to the recipe. Hubby almost loves all seafood dishes. But this is his absolute favorite one.. I have to share one more important thing with you all, can you guys believe that this is my first attempt of making a prawn dish. Actually speaking I have never ever touched a prawn. Nowadays you can find prawns which are cleaned and freezed right for you in the market, you can use that too. Therefore, I decided to share this sea food recipe with my blog readers to try it out and share with your family and friends.   • Prawns 250 grams
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Curry leafs

  1. First take cleaned prawns, then take a wok add cleaned prawns salt for prawns, turmeric powder little and then boil it for.... Boil till water will be dried...

  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and then fry it for pink color.... Then add salt to taste, turmeric powder, curry leaves and then mix it well for......

      I love seafood esp prawn,when my sister-in-law told, she made dum prawn briyani and it turned out awesome I's was in urge to cook instantly. Actually after my marriage I came to my husband's home, my sister-in-law prepared this again to me... Wow the taste is really so good.. Of course, no wonder, I did and relished this awesome home style briyani the very next day itself. But it took more than 2 months to post this recipe ,see how lazy am !!! Well, it's sure a treat for all seafood lovers out there and enjoy guys ....  This rice tastes really good and has the tempting and refreshing flavor of mint. This spicy seafood rice is just a twist to my family favorite recipe of prawns pulao..  And also I put it for dum  for more taste...  Prawn Biryani Step by Step I’m sharing along with you the delicious Andhra Style Prawns Biryani recipe. Sea food lovers will delight in this particular recipe for sure. This can be one among my favorite Biryani of all of the Biryanies. We all know Prawns have healthy food with a lot of nutritional values. They’re excellent to cure eye and heart related problems.  I was a little bored to cook on Sunday evening and thought of making a mint pulao and fried prawns and ended up with this recipe. But it tasted delicious with the fragrance of fresh mint, spices and prawns together made this an aromatic and delicious rice recipe and was perfect with raita.

Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Basmati Rice 1/2 kg
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 8
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to ataste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 15 no's
  • Shahjeera 1 tsp
  • Cardamom's 4
  • Cinnamon stick 4
  • Mace (Japatri) 3 to 4
  • Cloves 6
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil & ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add shahjeera, cloves, mace, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf to fry..
  2. Then add chopped onions, green chilies to fry... Fry it for brown color...

  3. When onions are totally fried, then add turmeric powder, salt to taste and then fry it for..
  4. And then add mint leaves and then mix it well for..

Today different and tasty pappu recipe (Dal recipe) Menthu kura Pappu is a very nutritious Andhra dal dish that calls for the use of tur dal and fresh methi leaves. First thing one notices about fresh fenugreek is how beautiful and delicate the leaves are. Then the smell, aromatherapy in truest sense, when pressure cooked with toor dal or sautéed with potatoes, any other vegetable, the leaves release wonderful fragrance. Fenugreek is one of those green leafy veggies, looks innocently innocuous but when cooked, dazzles & grabs your attention by its wonderful aroma and makes you try and like it. For a dal-rice addict like me, nothing beats the taste of rice and dal made of fresh fenugreek leaves. Very tasty and nutrititous, it’s one of my favorite foods. Fenugreek and toor dal combination is a true and tested recipe, very popular in our Andhra (Nellore) & Raayala seema region of Andhra, again one of those I learned from my mother.   1. First take a cooker add toor dal, fenugreek leaves, tomato pieces, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, tamarind, water 1 glass and then close with lid and cook it for 4 to 5 vissels.....
  2. After 5 vissels switch off the gas and then put a side for 10 minutes it will be cool......

  2. When onions are fried, then add chopped carrots and then fry for 5 minutes in low flame.......
  3. And then add tomatoes, chopped potato pieces, green chilies again mix it well for... Fry for 3 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste also again fry it for good smell.....
  4. Then add soaked rice, mix it care and then fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.......

        Today recipe Potato kurma / Aloo kurma is very easy to prepare. It is one of the Andhra style recipe. It is also a perfect side dish for chapatti, Veg Biryani, rice and paratha. I make this recipe with Roti or Rice in my kitchen. We use to prepare this Potato Kurma with  coconut paste and it taste amazing. Actually am use in this curry some whole garam masala and garam masala powder also I used... Its very simple and taste curry... Little bit spicy and tasty it perfect to eat with rice roti, chapati what you like eat this curry... Its perfect to all combination recipes..... This is my amma signature recipe she will prepare very simple and taste recipe are prepare for my family... In this gravy we use dry or fresh coconut paste...... My amma will prepare this both fresh or dry coconut... But today am using dry coconut paste........ Its some great taste...  I usually make these kurma through very easy steps.......

Andhra Style Beetroot with Peanut and Coconut Powder Fry

       Today recipe is Beet Root Peanut Fry recipe.... I love beets when it is made into thoran like this. It has a sweeter taste and it smells so good your ground nut powder...  I loved the colour and look of this a lot. Have you ever cooked beetroot with peanut powder, if not you should definitely give a try to this combination. The sweetness of the beets mingle very much with the crunchiness and the nuttiness of crushed peanuts. some coconut pieces, red chilies... Its a great combination seriously until am trying this combination, I never knew that both beetroot and peanuts works simply prefect together in a dish. This dish is completely onion and garlic, it prefect to this recipe..... This stirfry takes hardly less time to get ready, just chopping may take some time, else you can make this dish in a jiffy. Apart from chopping the beetroots, you dont have nothing to chop. Obviously even a beginner can make this dish without anyone's help. Since I used fried peanuts, but you don't like to fry you can use raw peanuts also in this fry, nothing to do with the peanuts as well. Just crush them coarsely and add them to the stir fry. How easy na, this stir fry makes an excellent side dish for rasam rice and definitely an prefect side dish for chappathis.   • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves 4 to 5 nos
  • Dry / fresh coconut pieces 2 tbsp

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat when oil is heated, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry... Then add finely chopped onions, curry leafs again mix it then cook it for few minutes....
