Sweet Curd Rice Recipe How to Prepare Very Easy

        Hi friends good evening to all, today am preparing Sweet Curd Rice for lunch... In this south side we prepare this rice in summer.. Not only summer friends we prepare this rice for traveling time.. It so easy and so tasty curd rice... We prepare this curd rice prasadam to temple's also.. I think all people know this, but this my style prepare this once in your home friends its so yummy........ :) Let's move to recipe details.....

Ingredients :-

  • Boiled rice 1, 1/2 cup  or 2 cups
  • Sweet Curd / Fresh Curd 200 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Pomegranate seeds 
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add boiled rice and mash it very fine... like this pic.. Then add salt again mash it... Then add curd mix it again like this...
  2. And now add 1/2 glass water mix it well... Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies again mix it...
  3. Then add chopped ginger pieces mix it well... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add dried salt chilies to fry... When chilies are fried then move it to a plate....
  4. In same wok add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry... Then add curry leaves mix it... Then add to curd rice mix it well for....

Now so yummy and tasty Sweet Curd rice is ready... Add some Pomegranate seeds, fried chilies and then leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then serve this rice... Cucumber Chutney Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare Easy

      Hi friends, today am sharing Spicy and tasty Chutney Recipe Yellow Cucumber Chutney... Its so yummy and so tasty friends... So easy to prepare this chutney... You can serve this with hot rice add some ghee and then add some this chutney eat this you will told mmmmhhhh.. :)... Not only rice you can serve with hot idly also so yummy in idly also add some ghee and eat... Then told to me how it is the chutney ok na friends..... Ok then lets move to the recipe...
Ingredients :-

  • Yellow Cucumber / Curry cucumber 1 medium 
  • Red chilies 15
  • Coriander seeds 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Hing powder 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind lemon size
  • Rock salt to taste 
  • Onions 2
  • Oil 3 tbsp
For Popu :-
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil 1 tbsp to heat, then add coriander seeds, red chilies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds to fry for good smell... When it fried lite golden brown came, then move it to a plate and cool it for...
  2. In same wok add again oil to heat, then add finely chopped cucumber pieces (remove seeds), turmeric powder mix it. Then add hing powder again it well and fry it for lite golden color... Then switch off the gas... 
  3. And then add in cucumber tamarind and cool it for... It will be cool, then take a jar add fried red chilies, coriander seeds add rock salt to taste and grind it rough powder... Like this....
  4.  And now add fried cucumber pieces again whip it once and then add roughly chopped onions again whip it ones... like this 4 th pic..... 
  5. And then move it to a bowl,  now take a tadka add oil to heat, then add bengal gram, urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chili pieces, curry leaves and fry it for... 
  6. And then add to chutney and mix it well... Now so yummy and spicy Cucumber chutney is ready....

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Mixed Veg Sambar recipe... Its so yummy and spicy recipe... This also my sister-in-law recipe friends... I already post sambar recipes in my blog friends.. But today am sharing my sister-in-law recipe... In Andhra we specially prepare Saturday's... Not only saturday we specially prepare festival's, in marriages, any occasion we prepare Sambar... In south side in hotels also have friends.... I think all are know.. But who don't know that people to tell friends.. Any way we went to recipe details.... (Friends sambar recipe we prepare for 10 members so I am sharing that only quantity friends....)

Ingredients :-

  • Yellow Lentils 250 grams (1 water glass)
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Drumsticks 6
  • Yellow cucumber big size 1
  • Carrots 250 grams
  • Brinjal 400 grams
  • Onions 4 
  • Green chilies 12
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Hing powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 50 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilies 5
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind big lemon size
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add cucumber pieces, drumstick pieces, salt to taste, water and boil it for.
  2. Now take cooker add yellow lentils, tomatoes and then close with lid put vissel and boil it for 5 to 6 vissels...
  3. When dal is boiled then open lid mash it... and then add boiled vegges again mix it well for....
  4. Now take a cooking vessel add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry...
  5. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, crushed garlic, chopped carrot mix it well...
  6. And then add red chilies again mix it well... Onions are soft then add chopped brinajl pieces, salt to taste, mix it well... 
  7. Then add chopped 3 tomatoes again mix it well.. Now add turmeric powder, curry leaves again mix it well. Then close it with lid and cook it for vegges are soft... 
  8. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well, then add hing powder mix it well.... Then add red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well.... 
    Then add soaked tamarind juice mash it and make juice add mix it well and boil it for 5 more minutes in medium flame...
  9. After 5 minutes came a boil, then add mashed dal (in dal we add 8 glass of water) again mix it well... Also add some coriander leaves also again mix it well... 
  10. Boil it for one big boil........ Then switch off the gas and serve it....

So yummy and spicy recipe Mixed Vegges Sambar ready to serve.... It so good to eat with rice, and also you can serve with vada good combination friends.... Pumpkin Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Pumpkin curry / fry item... This recipe so juice and tasty recipe.. This recipe prepared my sister-in-law.. Yesterday I post payasam today am posting Pumpkin recipe.. In my child-hood my grand mother prepare this curry I don't know friends am not eat this curry... When I went Tirumala first time am eat this curry in annadanam in tirumala wow wow wow no words friends it awesome tasty friends.. When you went tirumala once only eat there so yummy food friends... Second time my sister-in-law prepare this curry wow I like it so much.. I am eat this curry in rice its little sweet and spicy I love to this so that's y am sharing this curry also.. I know almost people prepare this curry in your home but style are different but try this once you also love it :)....... So lets move to recipe details here.......


Ingredients :-

  • Pumpkin 200 grams
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Black gram (urad dal) 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsbp
  • Rock salt to taste 
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First take a bowl add water, pumpkin pieces and boil it for soft... When pumpkin pieces are soft, then strain water put it a side....
  2.  Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram to fry. Then add crushed garlic again fry it for..
  3. Then add boiled pumpkin mix it well and mash it like soft.. Now add sugar mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes...
  4. After 2 minutes add red chili powder and fry it for 2 more minutes in low flame and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it....
Now so yummy and tasty recipe is ready to serve, to so good to eat rice.. You can serve it with chapati also so good friends..... But am eat this with chapati I really love it... Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends good evening to all.... Today am sharing recipe Sweet item Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet... This desert is so good to eat after lunch or night dinner serve this cool or hot so ymmy... In south side we prepare this sweet in functions, festivals, etc..., not only festivals and function, any occasion we prepare this sweet friends... In this desert we prepare only vermicelli payasam or sabudana payasam or mixed we prepare friends... Actually this recipe prepare my sister-in-law for small occasion in my home friends... So friends lets move to recipe details........ :)

Ingredients :-

  • Vermicelli 250 grams
  • Sabudana 100 grams
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 50 grams
  • Raisins 50 grams
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 1 ltr
  • Sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Cardamoms 4

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add ghee 3 tbsp to heat, then add cashew nuts, raisins to fry.. When cashew are fried then move it to a bowl..
  2. Next in same pan add vermicelli to fry, vermicelli also fried then put it a side... Now take a bowl add 4 to 5 tbsp ghee, and then add sabudana to fry... (Sabudana is fried for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame friends tome will be taken) When sabudana also fried like in video then add water 1 ltr and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... 
  3. After 15 minutes check once sabudana is boiled or not, when sabudana is boiled then chick it for it soft are not, sabudana is soft then add fried vermicelli again mix it and now boil it for 10 more minutes...
  4. After 10 minutes check it vermicelli is soft are not, vermicelli soft then add sugar mix it well... Again add 1 glass hot water in sweet mix it well and then boil it for 10 more minutes in medium flame...
  5. After 10 minutes sweet will be thick, then add boiled milk mix it well and then add cardamom powder again mix it and then switch off the gas and serve it cool or hot...
Now so yummy and tasty juice sweet recipe Vermicelli Sagbudana Payasam is ready to serve... Actually my dad love payasam my amma prepare this for my dad any occasion friends.. I know payasam but my amma prepare this I love to eat.. My sister also prepare this payasam, but my amma recipe so yummy to me... love u ma and I miss u alot :(....

  • Potatoes 250 grams
  • Onions medium 2
  • Dry Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Roasted bengal gram 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 6 to 8
  • Garlic 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp (black garm)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add chopped potato, curry leaves mix it well for, fry it for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes add chopped onions, turmeric powder mix it well for and close with lid and fry it for 2 minutes...
  3. Now take a jar add coconut, roasted gram, red chilies, garlic cloves, salt little bit and grind it fine powder.... 
  4. Now open lid when potato and onion is fried, then add grind powder mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl....
Now so yummy and tasty fry recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rice, add some ghee in hot rice add some curry mix it then eat friends... Then told to me how the fry is...
