Pumpkin Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Pumpkin curry / fry item... This recipe so juice and tasty recipe.. This recipe prepared my sister-in-law.. Yesterday I post payasam today am posting Pumpkin recipe.. In my child-hood my grand mother prepare this curry I don't know friends am not eat this curry... When I went Tirumala first time am eat this curry in annadanam in tirumala wow wow wow no words friends it awesome tasty friends.. When you went tirumala once only eat there so yummy food friends... Second time my sister-in-law prepare this curry wow I like it so much.. I am eat this curry in rice its little sweet and spicy I love to this so that's y am sharing this curry also.. I know almost people prepare this curry in your home but style are different but try this once you also love it :)....... So lets move to recipe details here.......


Ingredients :-

  • Pumpkin 200 grams
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Black gram (urad dal) 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsbp
  • Rock salt to taste 
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First take a bowl add water, pumpkin pieces and boil it for soft... When pumpkin pieces are soft, then strain water put it a side....
  2.  Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram to fry. Then add crushed garlic again fry it for..
  3. Then add boiled pumpkin mix it well and mash it like soft.. Now add sugar mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes...
  4. After 2 minutes add red chili powder and fry it for 2 more minutes in low flame and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it....
Now so yummy and tasty recipe is ready to serve, to so good to eat rice.. You can serve it with chapati also so good friends..... But am eat this with chapati I really love it... Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends good evening to all.... Today am sharing recipe Sweet item Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet... This desert is so good to eat after lunch or night dinner serve this cool or hot so ymmy... In south side we prepare this sweet in functions, festivals, etc..., not only festivals and function, any occasion we prepare this sweet friends... In this desert we prepare only vermicelli payasam or sabudana payasam or mixed we prepare friends... Actually this recipe prepare my sister-in-law for small occasion in my home friends... So friends lets move to recipe details........ :)

Ingredients :-

  • Vermicelli 250 grams
  • Sabudana 100 grams
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 50 grams
  • Raisins 50 grams
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 1 ltr
  • Sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Cardamoms 4

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add ghee 3 tbsp to heat, then add cashew nuts, raisins to fry.. When cashew are fried then move it to a bowl..
  2. Next in same pan add vermicelli to fry, vermicelli also fried then put it a side... Now take a bowl add 4 to 5 tbsp ghee, and then add sabudana to fry... (Sabudana is fried for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame friends tome will be taken) When sabudana also fried like in video then add water 1 ltr and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... 
  3. After 15 minutes check once sabudana is boiled or not, when sabudana is boiled then chick it for it soft are not, sabudana is soft then add fried vermicelli again mix it and now boil it for 10 more minutes...
  4. After 10 minutes check it vermicelli is soft are not, vermicelli soft then add sugar mix it well... Again add 1 glass hot water in sweet mix it well and then boil it for 10 more minutes in medium flame...
  5. After 10 minutes sweet will be thick, then add boiled milk mix it well and then add cardamom powder again mix it and then switch off the gas and serve it cool or hot...
Now so yummy and tasty juice sweet recipe Vermicelli Sagbudana Payasam is ready to serve... Actually my dad love payasam my amma prepare this for my dad any occasion friends.. I know payasam but my amma prepare this I love to eat.. My sister also prepare this payasam, but my amma recipe so yummy to me... love u ma and I miss u alot :(....

         Hi friends today am sharing recipe for lunch box Potato Dry Coconut Spicy Fry recipe... Very simple to prepare this for lunch box... In child-hood my mama prepare this fry for my lunch box, its so yummy and tasty friends.. Simple ingredients like coconut, roasted bengal red chili powder it will be little spice... So fast to prepare this and so easy to prepare... Lets move to recipe details...


Ingredients :-

  • Potatoes 250 grams
  • Onions medium 2
  • Dry Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Roasted bengal gram 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 6 to 8
  • Garlic 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp (black garm)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add chopped potato, curry leaves mix it well for, fry it for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes add chopped onions, turmeric powder mix it well for and close with lid and fry it for 2 minutes...
  3. Now take a jar add coconut, roasted gram, red chilies, garlic cloves, salt little bit and grind it fine powder.... 
  4. Now open lid when potato and onion is fried, then add grind powder mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl....
Now so yummy and tasty fry recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rice, add some ghee in hot rice add some curry mix it then eat friends... Then told to me how the fry is... Ok friends today am sharing recipe is Carrot potato and Peas masala kurma recipe.. Its so yummy and delicious recipe and also spicy... Its very easy to prepare this kurma, friends I know all are now this kurma recipe.. But am sharing some tasty and different type.. You can prepare this for lunch box also so good... Firstly you cook it potato and peas, and grind it paste. Paste is coconut ginger garlic paste you want.. and then start process... 

Ingredients :-

  • Potaotes 250 grams
  • Carrots 100 grams
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7 u have paste you can add 1 tbsp
  •  Rock salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add potatoes, peas and close with lid and boil it for 2 to 3 vissels.. and then switch off the gas and leave it cool.. When potatoes are cool then peal the potato and cut it in cubes and put it a side.. 
  2. Next take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger garlic and grind it fine paste add some water...
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder mix it well.. Then add curry leaves, tomato pieces again mix it well fry it for tomatoes are soft..
  4. When tomatoes are soft then add carrot pieces and mix it again.. Fry it for 2 minutes carrot will leave ra smell.. When carrot is fried then add grind coconut paste and mix it again.. Fry it for oil will oozes out..
  5. Oil will oozes out, then add peas mix it well, then add kasmiri powder, chili powder mix it well.. Again fry it for 1/2 minute and then add water mix it well.. Then add boiled potato pieces mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame..
  6. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well... Then add coriander leave mix well
  7. Then add garam masala powder mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 2 more minute in medium flame and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it......
Now so yummy and spicy and delicious recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to serve with roti, chapati also so yummy guys.... But I love to eat with rice and chapati friends..           Hi friends today am sharing recipe Indain beans fry.. This recipe very tasty and old recipe.. My grand mother prepare this fry in your home... In my grand mother home we have this plant in your garden, when beans are have then she will prepare fry items or prepare curry also its very tasty... My grand mother prepare so many recipe in your child hood but she is no more... :( I miss alot.. love u ammama... (my grand mother)... In my grand mother home so many plants, trees like drumstick tree, guavas tree, pomegranate tree, flowers plants chamomile, rose plants etc.., we love to play in there.. My family so big friends, we went to my grand mother home my school holiday's... Ok then friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Beans (chikkudukaya) 250 grams
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Urad dal (Black gram) 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cloves 6 to 7
  • Coriander powder 
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water 2 glass, add beans, salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well for and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... Beans are soft then start nex process...
  2. When beans are soft, then strain water and put it a side... Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add boiled beans mix it well, now add curry leaves and mix it again fry it for 2 to 3 minutes...
  3. After 3 minutes again mix it well.. And then take garlic cloves make it crush and then add red chili powder, little bit salt again crush it like it...
  4. When beans are fried, then add crush chili powder, coriander powder mix it well for.. And fry it for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it with rice.....

  1. First take a bowl add 1 glass water, yam pieces and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame..  After 5 minutes check yam, yam soft then strain water yam pieces put it a plate and leave it for...
  2. Now take a jar add roasted bengal gram, garlic, little bit salt, red chili powder, coconut pieces and then grind it fine powder...
  3. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Now add chopped onions, curry leaves and fry it for 3 minutes...
  4. After 3 minutes, add boiled yam pieces and fry it for 2 minutes and close with lid and fry it for... 
  5. Now open lid mix it again and close with lid and fry it for little brown color... 
  6. When yam is fried then add grind coconut powder and mix it well for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot....
