Sweet Pongal Recipe How to Prepare

           Hi friends today am sharing Sweet Pongal recipe... Am use in this sweet pongal sugar, jaggery and milk.. Actually some people prepare only jaggery or only sugar.. Off course am also prepare jaggery only or sugar (Lakshmi devi prasadam sugar pongal & Lord Venkateswara swami prasadam jaggery pongal) in so many temple prepare only jaggery pongal and salt and pepper pongal... But now am add both of these in this recipe... I think so many people now this recipe... How don't now this so that people prepare :) guys..... So friends lets move to the ingredients & preparation.... 

Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Moong Dal 1/4 cup
  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Cow Ghee 50 grams
  • Cashew nuts 10 to 15
  • Almonds 10 to 15
  • Raisins 10 to 15
  • Cardamoms powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation :-


  1. First take a cooker pan add milk, water and then add cleaned rice, bengal gram, moong dal and mix it well and then close it with lid and put vissel, boil it for 5 to 7 vissels... 
  2. When came 7 vissels switch off the gas, let them cool it.... Cooker is cool, then open the lid and mix it well...... Now add jaggry powder mix it... And then switch on the gas mix it again, then add sugar also again mix it and boil it in low flame....
  3.  Now take tadka pan add ghee to heat, then add (cut cashew nuts) cashew nuts, raisins, crush almonds to fry and then add to pongal... 
  4. And also add cardamom powder mix it well again boil it for 5 more minutes...... and then switch off the gas..... 
And the so taste and so sweet delicious recipe Sweet Pongal is ready... This recipe is very important  in south India, is must... And also very important in temples also... In temples also add some  Edible Camphor  (pacha karpooram) for more taste and flavor off course in home also add for more taste but today no in my home am not use this... You be use this in your home you must add this after add ghee, fried dry fruits and then add edible camphor powder pinch only add and mix it... Boil it for 5 minutes and then switch off the gas, and serve it hot...... 

Andhra Style Tamarind Pulihora Recipe How to Make

           Hi friends Vinayaka / Ganesh Chavithi Spl Recipe Tamarind Pulihora Rice... Vey simple and easy to make this.. In these festival days it so fast to prepare and so yummy delicious recipe.. So lets watch to prepare........ 


Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Tamarind 450 grams
  • Oil 250 grams
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Urad dal 4 tbsp
  • Ground nuts 4 tbsp
  • Bengal gram 3 tbsp
  • Red chilies 10
  • Green chilies 5
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Hing powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves  
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned rice, water and boil it for... And move it to a plate let cool it for.... 
  2. And then take a bowl add tamarind, water and sock it for 30 minutes to 1 hour... After 1 hour mash it like this make puree juice (it must be thick puree)
  3. Now take a pan add oil to heat, oil is heated then add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds, ground nuts to fry... Now add chopped green chilies, red chilies, hing powder mix it well for........
  4. When all spices are fried then add curry leaves, tamarind juice, salt, turmeric powder mix it well for...... And boil it for oil will oozes out........
  5. Now take a small pan add red chilies, mustard seeds 1 tsp, fenugreek seeds to fry in low flame... And then switch off the gas let it cool.. And then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder.....
  6. Like this... And then add to tamarind mixture again mix it well for, again boil it for 2 more minutes in low flame...... 
  7. Now take boiled rice add this tamarind mixture mix it well for..... (you must see the mixture add little little, then mix it now taste it it will be sour or not)... mix it then store it... It will be store minimum 2 days....... 
Now the Tamarind pulihora is ready......... This pulihora is very famous in temples... So friends try this recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends....... :) This is my favorite item, my amma prepare this every festival guys........ So try this taste recipe friends..... Purnam Burelu / Suki Recipe How to Make

     Hi friends, today am sharing Suki / Purnam......

Ingredients :-

  • Maida / All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Bengal gram 100 grams
  • Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 4 to 5
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Salt pinch
  • Oil for deep fry
 Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add bengal gram clean it, then add some water and boil it for soft... When bengal gram is boiled and then strain water and let it cool for...
  2. Now take a jar add coconut pieces, sugar, cardamoms let it grind fine like this... And then add boiled bengal gram and crush it (don't grind fine powder).... 
  3.  And then add 1 tbsp ghee mix it well, and now move it to a bowl or plate, make small balls like this..... 
  4. Now take a bowl add maida, salt, sugar 2 tbsp, water 1 glass (as batter take) mix it well for dosa batter...... 
  5. And then take a pan add oil to heat, now take a ball / suki dip into batter and then move it to oil and fry it for golden brown color.......
  6. When fry it golden brown move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate or bowl......
So yummy and tasty Prasadam recipe Suki / Purnam Burelu is ready to serve..... Its so fast and so easy to prepare in festivals..

South Indian Spice Dal Rasam Recipe How to Make

   Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Dal Rasam South Indian spl.. In south side this  is compulsory in your day.. It very famous in marriages, functions and any occasions.. In south side its very important in hotels, restaurants, etc.., Some people prepare this rasam so many types like dal rasam, tamarind rasam, tomato rasam etc.., Ok then lets move to preparation.. :) 


Ingredients :-


  • Tomatoes 2 medium size
  • Tamarind small lemon size (or) 20 grams 
  • Toor dal 2 tbsp 
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Hing 2 pinches
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 8
  • Rock salt / Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves    
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add 1 glass of water, then add cleaned tomatoes and tamarind put it in stove boil it for 10 minutes in low flame. When tomatoes are boiled then switch off the gas and cool it for.. It will be cool then mash it make a pulp add 2 to 3 glass water (first you check the sour then add water).... Next take a pan add heat it, then add toor dal, red chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds to fry in low flame for good smell... And then switch off the gas let it cool for...... Then move it to a jar..
  2. In small add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. Then add hing powder also... Then add curry leaves mix it well for.. Then add tomato juice, turmeric powder, salt again mix it well for......
  3. Now take a jar add garlic cloves and grind it fine powder...
  4. Like this.... And then add this powder to rasam aand mix it well for and boil it for like this........ And then add chopped coriander leaves and then switch of  the gas.....
  5. And then move it to a serving bowl......
Now so yummy and spicy Dal Rasam is ready to serve..... Its so good to eat with rice only.. You can serve with this side dishes like aloo fry, lady's finger fry,  etc.., any fry items you can serve it with rasam... In this season its so yummy guys...... Andhra Brinjal and Prawns Masala Curry How to Prepare

          Hi friends, good to see u all....... Iam sorry to delay the posts am so busy in my life.. Holiday's na so went to some places and my relatives came to my home so am little bit busy in theses day's.. Ok then today am sharing one different and tasty juice non veg recipe Prawn Brinjal Masala curry...... Its so so so good and wonderful taste, actually my sister-in-law prepare this masala in mutton head curry... (am not eat mutton, my husband like to eat..) I just smell it masala wow i really like it.. So I think why don't to use in another non veg, (actually i love prawns :)) so I prepared with prawns and violet brinjal its good combination so friends see the process and make it.......... guys...... Lets see the process to make......

Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 250 grams
  • Brinjal Small size 250 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2 (medium)
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Coconut pieces 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 8 nos
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Masala Ingredients :-
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
Preparation :-
  • Take a wok add corainder seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper seeds and fry it for good smell in low flame..... And then switch off the gas and cool it for.... Now move it to jar and grind it fine powder like this.......
Preparation :-

  1. Take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds to fry... Now add chopped onions, green chilies mix it then add rock salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for.......
  2. When onions are softed then add chopped tomatoes mix it... Now take small size brinjal cut it like stuffed, mix it well for then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well for...... And fry it for low flame for 3 minutes.....
  3. After 3 minutes again mix it, then add half boil prawns mix it well for..... Then close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.......
  4. After 5 minutes open the lid, mix it once's then add red chili powder, grind coriander masala powder (as ur spice) mix it well for...... Again close with lid..
  5. Now take a jar add coconut pieces, cashew nuts and grind it... Then add some water again grind it fine paste...... Now the lid then add grind paste and mix it well for... And fry it for oil will oozes out......
  6. When oil will oozes out then add water 1/2 galss and mix it well for.... And boil it for 5 more minutes...... After 5 minutes oil will oozes out then add garam masala powder again mix it......
  7. Oil will oozes out then switch off the gas add some coriander leaves..... And then move it to a serving bowl.........

          Hi friends, I am back today am sharing one different and tasty non vegg recipe Spicy Mutton Curry recipe..... This is my first mutton recipe, actually my husband loves mutton dishes like mutton curry, mutton fry, mutton soups etc.., but I am not interested I like to eat only mutton biryani but am not eat mutton pieces only rice :)..... But now am prepared mutton recipe in my style.... So spicy and so delicious its smell is simply wow...... I really love it the smell and taste.. Ingredients :-

  • Mutton 250 grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 10
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Black pepper seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry coconut pieces 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1.    First take a cooker add chopped onions half, cleaned mutton, ginger garlic paste, rock salt,  turmeric powder, water 2 to 3 glasses mix it well.......

  2. Now close it with and boil it for 10 to 12 vessels, after 12 vessel switch off the gas let them cool it........ When cooker is cool then open the lid put it a side....

  3. Now take a wok add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick to fry... And then move it to a jar add chopped dry coconut pieces and grind it fine powder......

  4. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies and mix it well for... Fry it for lite golden color......

  7. After 2 minutes, add water (mutton boiled water) mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame....... 
  8. After 10 minutes, add grind masala powder mix it well and boil it for 2 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves....... And then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot......
