Murukulu Snack Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

             Hi friends, Sorry to late post actually am not in home, we went Tirumala so am not post here friends yesterday evening we went to home friends... I will share Tirumala video's here 2 morow... friends... Today am sharing snack recipe Murukulu, muruku, manubulu, etc..., its so many names but item is only one.. Its so good to serve with tea, very tasty its so yummy to eat children, not only children adult also love it so much... In my home we eat this is in after lunch to eat this for time pass.. My husband love to eat with rice for side dish... when I prepare papu, papulusu, (dal curry's) rasam, he love to eat in these... But am love to eat in after snack... But friends this recipe is prepared by my sister am not prepare this......... :) Actually my sister prepare this recipe for festival sankranthi... Am little busy with my videos that's y am posting so late... Am just watching and see to how to prepare this and also shoot pics for yo guys...... I know friends, all are know this recipe but this is my amma style recipe, but my sister prepare this to me and my family..... Ok friends lets move to recipe details..... Note : Friends actually i will wrote 1 kg only, my sister prepare 5 kgs ok na friends just am sharing to easy to know friends.... :)


Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 kg 
  • Urad dal 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds 25 grams
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Butter / dalda 100 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Moong dal 50 grams
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add rice to fry for 5 minutes for lite brown color, and then move it to a bowl. And then add urad dal fry it for lite brown color and move it to same bowl... 
  2. Now add moong dal again fry it for lite brown color and then move it to a bowl let it cool for... And now make it powder... (in Andhra and Telangana we have powder machines so we go and give to them, they add to machines and make soft powder)... Like this.....
  3. And now add this powder to a big plate, and then add sesame seeds, red chili powder, salt  mix it well........  
  4. Now add butter / dalda mix it well... Add water mix it well for a soft dough like chapati dough....... Like this..
  5. When mix like this and then close it with cloth (first take a cloth dip into water and press it then close it with dough)...  
  6. Leave it for 5 minutes, and then take a wok add oil to heat, and then take murukula mould and press it to oil and fry it for golden color...
  7. Fry it for golden color.. And then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a store container........

Andhra Style Chicken Masala Curry Recipe How to Prepare

           Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Bhogi Special curry Chicken Masala Curry my style, how to make... Actually this curry to prepare for morning break fast dosa, its very nice to and so yummy to eat with dosa. Not only dosa friends, it's so yummy to idly, vada, plain biryani etc.., very simple to prepare this curry... So friends lets move to curry.......
Ingredients :-


  • Chicken 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 2 pieces
  • Cloves 3
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :- 
  1.  First take a cooker add oil to heat, then add chicken, onions, ginger garlic paste, rock salt, turmeric powder and water, now mix it well and then close with lid boil it for 5 vissels.......
  2. After 5 vissels switch off the gas, let cool for cooker... Cooker is cool, then open the lid mix it once... And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cinnamom stick, cloves to fry...
  3. Now add coconut paste and mix it well...  Fry fro 2 minutes, then add tomatoes mix again fry it for 3 more minutes in low flame.......
  4. When oil oozes out, then add boiled chicken, red chili powder mix it again and boil it for 3 minutes in medium flame........
  5. After 3 minutes mix it again, then add water, mix again and then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves mix it again and boil it for....
  6. And then add coriander powder mix it again and boil it for 3 minutes in medium flame... And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it to break fast...

Green Beans Spicy tomato Curry Recipe How to Make

             Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is French Beans (Green beans) spicy curry.. Its so yummy and so tasty recipe... So simple to prepare and so easy to cook for lunch box.. Am using in this curry is only tomato and onions, little bit ginger garlic paste in this curry and also am using garam masala powder also for good taste... French beans cut it in night and also boil it and put it freeze, next morning pick it in freeze leave it for 5 minutes.. and then use it... If you have time u can boil it in morning as you like friends......... Its take time 10 minutes only friends.. (After boiling beans) So friends lets move to preparing curry details here.....

Ingredients :-

  • French beans 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves (today in my home no curry leaves, that y am not us in this curry)
Preparation :-


  1. First take a pan add french beans pieces and then add salt, turmeric powder and water boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame, and then close it with lid and boil it for...... When beans are boiled (soft) then strain water and then leave it for cool...
  2. When beans are cool, i will prepare for curry... Now take a wok add oil to heat, cumin seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions and mix it well and fry it for lite brown color...
  3. When are fried, then add turmeric powder again mix it well for... Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell.......
  4. Ginger garlic paste is friend then add coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it well. And then add boiled beans mix it well like this........ Fry it for 30 sec....
  5. After 30 sec, add chopped tomatoes mix it again and boil it for 1 minute in low flame.. And also cover with lid.. After minute open the lid mix it well and then add small glass water again mix it and then close with lid cook it for...
  6. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes in medium flame... And then open the lid again mix it well and then add garam masala powder again mix it well for.. And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.........
Now so yummy and spicy French beans curry is ready to serve..... Its so good to eat with rice, chapati, roti etc..., Its so good to serve with lunch box friends.. Sweet Pongal Recipe How to Prpeare

             Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Sweet Pongal Sankranti special recipe... Friends today am sharing video, in this video is in telugu friends.. But I will wrote in english in down friends pls note..........

Ingredients :-


  • Rice 1/2 glass or 1/2 cup
  • Moong dal 1/2 cup
  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery 100 grams 
  • Sugar 50 grams
  • Ghee 100 grams
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 
  • Badam 
  • Raisins

Preparation:-


  1. First take a cooker add rice, moong dal, bengal gram, water 5 cups and close it with lid and boil it for 4 to 5 vissels... And now switch off the gas let it cool.. Cooker is cool then open lid mix it well.......
  2. And then put the cooker to stove mix it well like this... Next add 1 glass milk again mix it.. And then add jaggery again mix.. Then add sugar agin mix it well and boil it for jaggrey is melt... 
  3. Now add cardamom powder mix it well for.. Now take a wok add ghee to heat, then add cashew nuts to fry.. And then add to pongal.. And then add again some ghee add crush badam to fry... Badam also fried then add to pongal mix it.. And then add raisins and fry it for and then add to pongal mix it well....... now add ghee also... Cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.... And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl........

Chikkudukaya (Cluster Beans) Coconut Peanut Fry Recipe

             Hi friends, today recipe is Chikkudukaya kobari vepudu in telugu (Cluster Beans coconut Peanut fry recipe)... Its very taste and yummy recipe, so simple ingredients and taste is wow.. (Friends I already boiled cluster beans.. Sorry I miss the pic.. First cut cluster small pieces and clean it and then add to a bowl, and then add water 1 glass, salt to taste, turmeric powder now close with lid and boil it for 15 minutes in low flame.. When cluster is boiled then strain water and put it a side let them cool it...)


Ingredients :-

  • Cluster Beans (Chikkudukaya) 1/4 kg
  • Dry Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilies 2
Preparation :-

  1. First take wok add peanuts to dry roast, then take a jar add coconut pieces fried peanuts...
  2. And now add cloves, red chili powder, salt little bit and grind it crush powder like this.... 
  3. And take same wok add oil to heat, add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, cut red chili pieces to fry... Now add boiled cluster mix it well for..... (Friends see how to boiled cluster, I miss pic here)...
  4. Mix it well, then add curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. (u must stay there and mix and fry) Cluster is fried then put it in low flame add grind peanut powder mix it well and fry it for 1 minute.. and then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl.......
Now so yummy and tasty fry recipe is ready to serve..... Its so good to serve with steam rice, add some ghee and mix it then eat mmmhhhhhhh....... No words to share friends... And also so good to take side dish recipe, its so good to eat with rasam, sambar, etc.., And also good to eat with chapati also friends.. How to Prepare Andhra Style Mutton Liver Fry recipe

             Hi friends, today am sharing my birthday special recipe Mutton liver fry recipe, my sister-in-law prepare this mutton liver fry recipe... Actually this recipe 31/12/18 recipe friends.. In my birthday we are in sister-in-law home, so that's y am not post any recipe in your blog  friends.. Now am free in home, then I stared again post's to share my recipes here... Actually my sister-in-law, and my sister-in-law friend prepare this curry friends, so am only take pics not only that am missing pics also.. So am told to u the ingredients, so friends pls under stand.... :) I will share drefley to u friends... So lets move to recipe details.... :)


Ingredients :-

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Onions 3 
  • Tomato 1 
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 2 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp 
  • Cloves 2
  • Cinnamon stick small piece 1
  • Cardamom 1
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned liver pieces, salt, turmeric powder, water 1 glass and boil it for 10 minutes. Then add finely chopped onions mix it well and then close it with lid... And boil it for again 5 minutes more. After 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste again mix it well and close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame...
  2. After 10 minutes open lid mix it well, then add curd, tomato pieces, garam masala powder, coriander powder mix it well and then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  3. After 5 minutes liver piece is boiled 80%, and now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add garam masala ingredients to fry, then add boiled mutton curry into oil mix it well.. Fry it in low flame..  When curry is dried like (see pic no 3) this and then add coriander leaves mix it well for and then switch off the gas and then move it to a bserving bowl........ 
Now so taste and delicious Liver fry recipe is ready to serve... Its good to eat with side dish for rice, roti, chapati and pulka.... Its very simple to make this dry recipe.. (Actually am not eat mutton recipe but my husband like mutton first time i eat this liver fry in my birthday friends..but am not interested, but my family so much like this fry.. I eat only mutton biryani with out pieces, and also love to eat curry also but not mutton pieces friends)....  So friends try this recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends...           Hi friends, How are u all......... Today am sharing Cauliflower Coconut Milk Masala curry recipe.. In my blog am share so many types of cauliflower curries here, this also masala curry it's taste also so yummy friends... Actually this is my amma signature recipe friends... Am so happy to share my amma recipe to u all :), simple ingredients mostly want coconut milk friends you must prepare this in home fresh it's good to this curry ok na friends....... Ok then lets move to recipe detail's here... 

Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower medium size 1
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup (medium)
  • Cloves 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep (cauliflower to fry 1/2 cup) 
  • Oil 8 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. Take cauliflower and cut it medium pieces and add salt little bit, water and clean it for well.. And now take a wok add cleaned cauliflower, salt, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, water and boil it for 50% and then strain water put it a side... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled cauliflower fry it for lite golden color. 
  2.  Then move it to a plate........
  3. In same wok remove some oil, remain oil will be use in this... Now add masala ingredients to fry, then add finely chopped onions mix it well. Then add salt and fry it for.. Now add ginger garlic paste again fry it for lite golden color....
  4. Onions are fried like this, then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric paste mix it and fry it for soft like this.. When tomatoes also softed then add coconut milk again mix it well....
     
  5. Mix it well, then add red chili powder mix it well, boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame. When bubbles, then add fried cauliflower mix it well for... 
  6. And then close with lid boil it for in low flame for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes open the lid mix it well, then add coriander powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and then mix again.. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl........

Egg Biryani Recipe Andhra Style How to Make

        Hi friends sorry to late..... Today am sharing recipe is Egg Biryani little bit spicy recipe. Its very tasty and delicious, very simple to prepare this friends... Ok I will share to all one thing guys am doing videos in telugu in my blog very soon friends. So friends pls see my channel and subscribe my channel guys pls........ Ok then lets move to recipe.. 

Ingredients :-

  • Eggs 2
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 1 big
  • Green chilies 8 to 9
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Cinnamon stick 2 big pieces
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cashew nuts 10 no's
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Basmati rice 500 grams (2 cups)
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leafs
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add water and eggs to boil... After boil move it a side, then remove the shell.. Then take a wok add 1 tsp oil to heat, then add boiled eggs, little bit salt, turmeric powder and fry it for golden color.....
  2. And now take a wok add oil and ghee to heat, then add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf to fry. Now add chopped onions, chopped green chilies mix it well. Then add cashew nuts mix again..
  3. Now add rock salt, black pepper 1 tsp, chopped coriander, mint leaves again mix it well for, then close it with lid boil it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  4. After 2 minutes open the lid mix it well, then add ginger garlic paste mix it again fry it for lite golden color...
  5. And then add chopped tomatoes turmeric powder, red chili powder mix it well for... Then add sock basmati rice add...
  6. And then mix it well for then add mint leaves mix it again, then add water (2 cups rice water also 2 glass same measurement) mix it well and now check salt and boil it for medium flame for 70%...
  7. After 70% add fried eggs again close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame... After 5 minutes open the lid rice is boiled 95%..
  8. Rice is boiled 95% then put it in dum leave it for 2 minutes.. After 2 open lid mix it well again close with lid...
     
  9. After 5minutes open the lid, mix it again and then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then serve it hot.........
