Desi Style Brinjal Mango Gravy Andhra Style How to Make

          Hi friends, today recipe Brinjal Mango Gravy, its very simple and fast to cook this... In my page I will share some brinjal fry's, curry's, and gravy's... Am using in this only tomato and onion only.. Its some spicy recipe.. So lets see the process to make this gravy!!!!!

Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 3 medium size
  • Mango 1 big
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Preparation :-
  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves mix it...  Now add salt, turmeric powder again mix it and fry it for onions are soft........
  2. When onions are softed, now add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder mix it well... Again cook it for tomatoes are boiled..
  3. Tomatoes are totally cooked, then add chopped brinjal mix it well.. Then close it with lid boil it in low flame for brinajl is cook......
  4. Brinjal also soft then add chopped mango pieces mix it, then add 1/2 glass water mix it then check salt and spicy now close it with lid again boil it for 5 more minutes..... 
  5. After 5 more minutes open the lid water will vapor then mix it slowly then move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......
Now the dish is ready to serve...... Its good to eat with hot steam rice, roti, chapati... So friends try this recipe in your home..... Friends small note:- you can eat this after 1 hour it so yummy guys....... So try it.. Eat hot cool taste is mmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Chicken Keema Fry Prepare It Andhra Style

             Hi, today recipe one different and tasty spicy recipe "Chicken Keema Fry"... Very simple to prepare this fry item.. Usually mince is also known as keema, kheema or qeema and can be made from any meat. The best part of chicken keema is you could use them as stuffing in samosas, parathas, sandwiches etc. And chicken keema tastes great when stuffed in bread with omelette and some sauce or chutney. But today I prepare Chicken Keema fry recipe for side dish..... Learn how to make Chicken Keema Fry recipe at home. 

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken Keema 1/4 kg
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil 2 tbsp to heat, when oil is heated then add cleaned chicken keema, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste mix it.... When water is came then add red chili powder again mix it.....
  2. Mix it well, then close with lid and put, it in low flame to cook this.... When water is vapour then open the lid mix it well then put a side for......
  3. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add onion paste, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  4. Oil will oozes out, then add boiled keema mix it well for,  again fry it in slow flame........
  5. Keema is fried then add garam masala powder mix it well, fry it for 1 minute......
  6. After 1 minute, add curry leaves, coconut powder mix it well for, again fry it for 2 minutes..... When fry is totally fried then switch off the gas......... Then move it to serving bowl........

           Hi friends, so long time...... Am so happy  to see u here guysssssss ☺... Ok lets start recipe details.Today I will share one different recipe Hyacinth Beans (in telugu Anapakaya) masala curry recipe.. Its very tasty and delicious recipe.. First time I eat this recipe in Kadapa (Rayalasema), my sister prepare this tasty bean curry in here home.. Its very good to eat with rice and chapati its great taste.. Preparation time also so easy.. Am using in this recipe fresh coconut, for good taste... Lets see the process to make this recipe........ :)
Hyacinth Bean (Anapakaya) Masala Curry Recipe How to Cook

Ingredients :-

  • Hyacinth Beans (Anapakaya bean) 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2 medium size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/4 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1.  First take beans open it then pick seeds (beans) only.. Then move it to a cooking bowl add water, salt to taste (only for beans), turmeric powder little bit and boil it for bean is boiled.... After beans are boiled then strain water put the beans a side.......
  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds to fry, then add chopped onions, turmeric powder, salt to taste (for curry), mix it well for... Fry for 2 minutes in low flame.. When onions are soft, add ginger garlic paste mix it again fry it for good smell... When ginger garlic paste is fried then add chopped tomato pieces mix it..
  3. Tomatoes are soft, add fresh coconut paste, red chili powder mix it well for..... Fry it for 5 minutes oil will oozes out..... 
  4. Oil will oozes out then add boiled beans, garam masala powder, curry leaves mix it well for.... Fry it in low flame for 3 minutes. Then add 1 glass (medium glass) water mix it well...
  5. Then close it with lid and boil it for water will be vapour, open the lid, oil will oozes out then mix it well for... Then serve it for.....
Now the dish is ready to serve..... Its very tasty and delicious recipe... Its good to eat with hot rice, chapati, roti its super to eat...
