Hi friends, today one different sweet "Maida And Vermicelli Sweet" evening snack item. Simple ingredients and simple process. Actually it my idea.. I tried this with vermicelli and maida combination. And also I add some dry coconut powder also used. When kids will to home after school then give it them.. Kids will love to eat this sweet, little sweet and tasty. Sweet maida semiya is a tasty deep fried, South Indian snack. It has a crispy outside and a soft inside and makes a delectable snack during tea-time. There are so many variations, but this is the most simple and tastiest version. Actually this sweet will prepare the my sis like maida and coconut mixed and then fried. I will add some boiled vermicelli in to it.. And also I have used just bananas, flour and some sugar to make it, no extra special ingredients are needed. Also it is so easy to make in just minutes. When ever your relative are came to your home then you prepare this tasty sweet recipe to your relative.. So friends see the process to make the sweet pics, step by step..... Ingredients :-
- Vermicelli 1/4 cup
- Maida 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 glass
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
Method :-
First take bowl add milk, vermicelli and then boil it for 5 minutes. It will be little bit soft then move it and cool it for 10 minutes.
Next add maida flour, sugar and then mix it well for.
And then mix it well for thick consistency
Than add coconut powder
Take a wok add oil and heat it, when oil is heated then take batter then drop into small bauns.
And then fry it lite golden color fry it in medium flame.

Then move to a plate and then serve it.........
