Andhra Peethala pulusu (Crab Curry) Recipe How to Cook

  This Indian crab curry has blend of good spice and coconut. All this makes this curry special and mouth watering. Once you have this I bet you will make it always. The crab curry taste will linger on your taste-buds always. You could also tell me a cocktail of 2 regions :)…..  Since childhood I have been eating coastal food along with south Indian food. Like dosa, idlis , fish curry, goan food. May be that is why I love coastal food. But love coastal food especially fish & prawns. Seafood. Indian Crab Curry Recipe non vegetarian dishes. Actually, my grand mother make crab at least  monthly once she prepared are  Crab can be made directly into delightful dishes in a variety of forms along with other recipes. Did you know crab louse can improve your defenses? So if you feel somebody that suffers reduced defenses you’re certain to use these types of food things through the time I began to cook crab there is certainly something We have learned which is to wash crab correctly, if you’re an initial minutter to make crab curry please be sure you’re doing so the proper way. Crab has to be diced properly. The hygiene is important you need to clean the crabs thoroughly. If you are using alive crabs be careful before dicing them. As crabs can give you crab bites. The pain is harsh and acute. 
   My relatives, close family, friends all love this Crab Curry. Its made with Indian spices. The spice makes it spicy and heavenly. This curry goes well with steamed rice, Bread or Chapatis. You could also make this curry as a main course in your meal. In this we use spices are coconut and poppy seeds are main ingredient so lets see the process to make the curry to prepare......

Ingredients :-
  • Crab 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Tamarind puree 1 cup
  • Coconut & poppy seeds paste 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Shah jeera 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leafs 
Andhra Crab (Peethala) Curry Recipe How to prepare
Preparation :-
  1. First take a cleaned crab pieces put a side. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil heated then add shah jeera to fry.
  2. When shah jeera is fried then add chopped onions and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame. 
  3. Next add salt, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add 2 glass of water, crab pieces and then mix it well.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and then mix it well, and boil it for 15 minutes.
  5. When the crab is boiled then add coconut poppy seeds paste mix it well. Then add water 1 glass water again cook it well.
  6. Then add tamarind puree mix it again cook it for 10 more minutes. When crab is boiled oil will oozes out, then add garam masala powder mix it well. 
  7. Then add fresh coriander leafs also and mix it well for, then move it to a bowl and serve it....
