Coriander Rice Recipe South India Style

Its take it in lunch time or dinner time... Its very tasty and delicious recipe... Serve it with raita, panner masala... Serve it hot...

Items :-

  • Coriander leafs 1 cup
  • Boiled Rice 2, 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Green chillies 8
  • Bay leaf
  • Whole garam masala (Cloves, Cinnamon,Shajerra,Cardamom)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tb spoon
  • Cashew nuts
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Ghee 5 spoons
Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add coriander leafs, green chillies, salt and grind it fine paste.
  2. Next take a pan add oil and ghee to heat, then add whole garam masala, bay leafs fry for it. 
  3. Then add chopped onions fry for 2 mins, then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well. 
  4. Then add coriander paste and mix it well for good smell. Then add boiled rice and mix it well. 
  5. Put it for 10 to 15 mins for to cook then add fried cashew nuts and mix it for then turn to a bowl, and then add some coriander leafs and serve it hot.
