Its take it in lunch time or dinner time... Its very tasty and delicious recipe... Serve it with raita, panner masala... Serve it hot...

- Coriander leafs 1 cup
- Boiled Rice 2, 1/2 cup
- Onions 2
- Green chillies 8
- Bay leaf
- Whole garam masala (Cloves, Cinnamon,Shajerra,Cardamom)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tb spoon
- Cashew nuts
- Oil 6 spoons
- Ghee 5 spoons
- First take a jar add coriander leafs, green chillies, salt and grind it fine paste.
- Next take a pan add oil and ghee to heat, then add whole garam masala, bay leafs fry for it.
- Then add chopped onions fry for 2 mins, then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
- Then add coriander paste and mix it well for good smell. Then add boiled rice and mix it well.
- Put it for 10 to 15 mins for to cook then add fried cashew nuts and mix it for then turn to a bowl, and then add some coriander leafs and serve it hot.
