South special Vegetable Sambar Recipe How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Sambar.. In Andhra & Tamil Nadu its very famous recipe.. Specially we prepare this monthly twice... Some people prepare sambar every saturday prepare this, actually my amma prepare this every saturday in your home. Not only homes, sambar will be prepare in hotels, restaurants also.. This we prepare this recipe marriages, functions, festivals etc.., I know friends all people are know this recipe.. In blog am share sambar recipes.. But today am sharing different veg sambar recipe... Ok friends lets move to recipe..... 

Ingredients :-

  • Toor dal 1 cup
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Mango 1 medium size
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Rock salt or salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Carrots 2
  • Beans 100 grams   
  • Radish 2
  • Yellow Cucumber 1
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves

  1. First I boiled toor dal in cooker for 5 to 6 vissels... And then take a cooking bowl add 2 glass water, beans, onions, carrots, radish, cucumber, tomatoes, green chilies mix it well for.. Then add rock salt, turmeric powder again mix it then close with lid boil for 5 minutes in medium flame...
  2. After 5 minutes open lid add mango seed, mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame...
  3. After 10 minutes add mango pieces again mix it and boil it for then open lid mix it again.. 
  4. Then add boiled toor dal mix it well for.. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well for... Then add tamarind water again mix it well and then boil it for one boil...
  5. And now take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves to fry.. And now add to sambar mix it well for and again boil it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and serve it....
Now so yummy and traditional recipe Sambar is ready to serve.. Its taste is so great friends.. Actually I prepare sambar only tamarind, but this sambar prepare my sister-in-law special friends... I hope you are like this recipe...

      Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Brinjal Dry fish curry... Its so spicy and so tasty recipe.. In Andhra side we prepare this curry actually this old recipe, my grand mother prepare this curry its desi curry friends..... Lets move to curry....


Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal 250 grams
  • Dry fish 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves


Preparation :-

  1.  First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. 
  2. Then add chopped onions, rock salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for... Fry it for onions are soft...
  3. Then add curry leaves mix it, then add chopped tomatoes and fry it for soft... Then add cleaned dry fish mix it well...
  4. Then add chili powder mix it well for... Now add chopped brinjal mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes... 
  5. Now add tamarind water and mix well for, mix it again and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame close with lid...
  6. After 10 minutes open lid mix it again... When curry is thick then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes move it to a serving bowl... 
Now so yummy and tasty curry is ready to serve... Friends serve this curry after 1 hour it so tasty.. Its so good to eat with white rice... This curry is so old recipe...       Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is south indian common we are all prepare this recipe... The recipe Rasam its very common on your daily life.. We prepare this regularly, not only home, rasam is very famous in south side.. In hotels, restaurants, marriage function, parties.. Its so common friends.. But we are prepare different types like Tamarind rasam, Tomato rasam, Pepper rasam, Dal rasam.. etc..., But today am sharing Tomato Rasam... Lets move to recipe how to make this tasty and yummy.......

Ingredients :-

  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1,1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Hing powder
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

First take a bowl add tomatoes, tamarind and water boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... After 15 minutes switch off the gas let it cool for... When tomatoes are cool then mash it for add some water remove plup add water to another bowl. Then add water again mash it juice only add to bowl... Like this video.. Now take a tadka add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing powder, red chili pieces to fry then add curry leaves mix it then move it to rasam... Then add rock salt, turmeric powder mix it well... Now take a jar add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, black pepper seeds and grind it fine powder then add to rasam again boil it for........ Then add coriander leaves mix it well for.....

Now so yummy and tasty spicy recipe Rasam is ready to serve..

Murukulu Snack Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

             Hi friends, Sorry to late post actually am not in home, we went Tirumala so am not post here friends yesterday evening we went to home friends... I will share Tirumala video's here 2 morow... friends... Today am sharing snack recipe Murukulu, muruku, manubulu, etc..., its so many names but item is only one.. Its so good to serve with tea, very tasty its so yummy to eat children, not only children adult also love it so much... In my home we eat this is in after lunch to eat this for time pass.. My husband love to eat with rice for side dish... when I prepare papu, papulusu, (dal curry's) rasam, he love to eat in these... But am love to eat in after snack... But friends this recipe is prepared by my sister am not prepare this......... :) Actually my sister prepare this recipe for festival sankranthi... Am little busy with my videos that's y am posting so late... Am just watching and see to how to prepare this and also shoot pics for yo guys...... I know friends, all are know this recipe but this is my amma style recipe, but my sister prepare this to me and my family..... Ok friends lets move to recipe details..... Note : Friends actually i will wrote 1 kg only, my sister prepare 5 kgs ok na friends just am sharing to easy to know friends.... :)


Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 kg 
  • Urad dal 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds 25 grams
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Butter / dalda 100 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Moong dal 50 grams
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add rice to fry for 5 minutes for lite brown color, and then move it to a bowl. And then add urad dal fry it for lite brown color and move it to same bowl... 
  2. Now add moong dal again fry it for lite brown color and then move it to a bowl let it cool for... And now make it powder... (in Andhra and Telangana we have powder machines so we go and give to them, they add to machines and make soft powder)... Like this.....
  3. And now add this powder to a big plate, and then add sesame seeds, red chili powder, salt  mix it well........  
  4. Now add butter / dalda mix it well... Add water mix it well for a soft dough like chapati dough....... Like this..
  5. When mix like this and then close it with cloth (first take a cloth dip into water and press it then close it with dough)...  
  6. Leave it for 5 minutes, and then take a wok add oil to heat, and then take murukula mould and press it to oil and fry it for golden color...
  7. Fry it for golden color.. And then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a store container........

Andhra Style Chicken Masala Curry Recipe How to Prepare

           Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Bhogi Special curry Chicken Masala Curry my style, how to make... Actually this curry to prepare for morning break fast dosa, its very nice to and so yummy to eat with dosa. Not only dosa friends, it's so yummy to idly, vada, plain biryani etc.., very simple to prepare this curry... So friends lets move to curry.......
Ingredients :-


  • Chicken 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 2 pieces
  • Cloves 3
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :- 
  1.  First take a cooker add oil to heat, then add chicken, onions, ginger garlic paste, rock salt, turmeric powder and water, now mix it well and then close with lid boil it for 5 vissels.......
  2. After 5 vissels switch off the gas, let cool for cooker... Cooker is cool, then open the lid mix it once... And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cinnamom stick, cloves to fry...
  3. Now add coconut paste and mix it well...  Fry fro 2 minutes, then add tomatoes mix again fry it for 3 more minutes in low flame.......
  4. When oil oozes out, then add boiled chicken, red chili powder mix it again and boil it for 3 minutes in medium flame........
  5. After 3 minutes mix it again, then add water, mix again and then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves mix it again and boil it for....
  6. And then add coriander powder mix it again and boil it for 3 minutes in medium flame... And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it to break fast...

Green Beans Spicy tomato Curry Recipe How to Make

             Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is French Beans (Green beans) spicy curry.. Its so yummy and so tasty recipe... So simple to prepare and so easy to cook for lunch box.. Am using in this curry is only tomato and onions, little bit ginger garlic paste in this curry and also am using garam masala powder also for good taste... French beans cut it in night and also boil it and put it freeze, next morning pick it in freeze leave it for 5 minutes.. and then use it... If you have time u can boil it in morning as you like friends......... Its take time 10 minutes only friends.. (After boiling beans) So friends lets move to preparing curry details here.....

Ingredients :-

  • French beans 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves (today in my home no curry leaves, that y am not us in this curry)
Preparation :-


  1. First take a pan add french beans pieces and then add salt, turmeric powder and water boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame, and then close it with lid and boil it for...... When beans are boiled (soft) then strain water and then leave it for cool...
  2. When beans are cool, i will prepare for curry... Now take a wok add oil to heat, cumin seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions and mix it well and fry it for lite brown color...
  3. When are fried, then add turmeric powder again mix it well for... Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell.......
  4. Ginger garlic paste is friend then add coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it well. And then add boiled beans mix it well like this........ Fry it for 30 sec....
  5. After 30 sec, add chopped tomatoes mix it again and boil it for 1 minute in low flame.. And also cover with lid.. After minute open the lid mix it well and then add small glass water again mix it and then close with lid cook it for...
  6. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes in medium flame... And then open the lid again mix it well and then add garam masala powder again mix it well for.. And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.........
Now so yummy and spicy French beans curry is ready to serve..... Its so good to eat with rice, chapati, roti etc..., Its so good to serve with lunch box friends..
