Desi Style Bottle Ground Dry Fish Curry Recipe How to Prepare

Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Bottle Ground Dry Fish Curry... So simple to prepare this curry desi style.. So yummy and so delicious now my favourite.. friends :)... Me and my sister prepare this curry its so so so yummy friends you must try this yummy curry friends.. Really taste is awesome friends.. This is my signature recipe  guys.. First time I prepare this curry.. Taste wow no words to share to this curry guys you must try eat and then tell to me how it is......... :)
Ingredients :-

  • Bottle ground 1/2 kg
  • Onions 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Tamarind big lemon size
  • Curry leaves
For Dry Fish Ingredients :-

*Dry fishes 2 full fishes (20 nos)

*Oil 6 tbsp

Preparation :-


  1. First take a bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well and fry it for onions are soft...
  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped tomatoes to fry... When tomatoes are soft add red chili powder mix it well and cook it for oil will oozes out.. 
  3. Oil will oozes out then add chopped bottle ground pieces and mix it well and close with lid boil it for 10 minutes in low flame.. And soak tamarind...
  4. After 10 minutes open lid mix it well... When pieces are soft then add mashed tamarind juice (2 glasses water take as you like sour) mix it well and close with lid and boil it for...
  5. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cleaned dry fish pieces and close with lid fry it for golden brown color in low flame... When dry fishes are fried then move it to a side..
  6. When curry is boiled 2 boil, then add fried fishes and mix it well and then close with lid cook it for 1 minute and then switch off the and leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it...

          Hi, friends today am sharing recipe is Desi chicken Curry recipe.. So spicy and so yummy curry recipe.. Simple ingredients so fast to prepare this curry.. But this curry is cook is cooker time will save... But we will prepare normal time will be taken friends but taste wow so yummy friends.. Actually this curry is prepare my sister-in-law.. Ingredients:-   

  • Chicken 1,1/2 kg
  • Onions 3 big 
  • Tomatoes 4 to 5 medium
  • Green chilies 7
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp 
  • Red chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper seeds 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Dry coconut pieces 3 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add chicken, rock salt, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.. And fry it for 10 minutes..
  2. After 10 minutes add 1, 1/2 glass water mix it well and then close with lid... 10 to 15 vissels to cook... After 15 vissels came switch off the gas... When cooker is cool then open mix it well...
  3. Now take a wok add coriander seeds, pepper seeds to fry. Then add coconut pieces and fry it for... And then grind it fine powder...
  4. Then add this powder to chicken, curry leaves and mix it well.. And now take a wok add oil 4 tbsp heat, then add mustard seeds to fry.. Then add chicken curry, mix it well and again boil it for one boil... 
  5. Then add coriander leaves...  And then switch of gas... Serve it hot in rice........ :)

           Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Chicken Masala Curry recipe.. In my blog I will share so many chicken curry's I prepare...  But this curry is little bit time taken friends, thats Y U must prepare this curry is free time friends.. Actually I prepare this curry for Biryani and also for rice.. But you can taste it with roti, chapati etc.., so yummy to eat this curry with rice & biryani.... Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 3 medium
  • Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil 2 tbsp to heat, then add cleaned chicken, 1 roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, salt to taste, green chilies, turmeric powder and mix it well.. Close with lid and boil it for water will be vapour...
  2. When water is vapour, then add chili powder, kashmiri chili powder mix it well.. And then cook it for 1 minute and then move it to a side...
  3. Now take a jar, add coconut pieces, ginger garlic paste and grind it fine paste...
  4. Then a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add roughly chopped onions, curry leaves and fry it for... Then add grind coconut paste, fry it for oil will oozes out, then add boiled chicken mix it well.. 
  5. Then add water 2 glasses and cook it for, 5 minutes in medium flame.. And then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.......

Andhra Special Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Chicken Dum Biryani... Its so tasty yummy recipe... So simple to prepare this biryani... In this special means my sister prepare this briyani... This is so yummy friends I love to my sister's Biryani.... So yummy friends.. Am so happy to share my sisters recipe...... Ok then lets move to recipe details... 
Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Basmati Rice 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Onions 6 medium
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 3, 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Cardamoms 8 to 10
  • Cloves 6 to 8
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 5
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice clean it, then add some water soak it for 30 minutes.. Then take a cooking vessel then add oil to heat, when oil is heated add cinnamon stick pieces, cardamoms, cloves, bay leafs to fry...
  2. Then add green chilies, chopped onions to fry... Fry it till golden brown color, onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste to fry...
  3. Ginger garlic also fried, then add chicken pieces, salt and fry it for lite roaste.. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, fry it for...
  4. Chicken is roasted then add curd again mix it well..... And roasted it for 10 minutes... After 10 minutes add 7,1/4 glass water...(I take 4 glasses of rice)....
  5. When water is boiled then add soaked rice mix it well.. Then close with lid boil it for 70%.. After boil 70% mix it slowly, then put it in dum for 10 to 15 minutes..... After 15 minutes open lid mix it once and then switch off the gas.... And leave it for 5 minutes and then serve it hot....

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Bottle ground Sour Curry ... So yummy and tasty recipe.. This also lunch box recipe friends... So simple and so fast to prepare this recipe...  This recipe is little bit sour and spicy.. Its perfect to eat rice, roti, and chapati... (friends you can eat with rice you can add some ghee in rice and then eat this curry friends)....

Ingredients :-

  • Bottle Ground 200 grams
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2 big
  • Green chilies 8 to 10
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind small size
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl, add water 1 glass, bottle ground pieces (peel it and cut it small pieces), onion pieces, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, tamarind, turmeric powder mix it well and then close with lid, boil it for low flame...
  2. Now open lid, mix it then check when bottle ground piece is soft, water also over then switch off the gas...
  3. Now add rock salt or salt, mash it.. And then put it a side... And then take a tadka or pan add oil to heat.. When oil is heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, hing powder, red chili pieces to fry..
  4. And then add this talimpu to curry mix it well again cook it for 2 minutes and then serve it to a serving bowl... 
Now so yummy and tasty recipe is ready... Friends this curry is so good to eat with rice add some ghee and then mix it eat... And then told to me how it is :)....... Y means this desi eggs na, that's y friends... This brown eggs fry not suit for lunch box friends... U must eat this fry hot only U must note it guys....... :) Y means brown egg fry is cool the taste is not good, it came smell friends, that's Y am telling this friends.. I hope you all are know this but some people don't know that's Y am tolding guys..... But taste is so yummy... First time I eat brown egg fry friends.... Ok then lets move to recipe details....
