Korameenu Fish Curry Andhra Style How to Make

            Hi friends, today am sharing "Korameenu chepala pulusu" (Red snapper fish curry / gravy)... Its so tasty and so spicy delicious curry.. Its so hot and taste is simply good... Preparation also so fast.. In this curry am using some different masala, for more taste.. So friends lets move to curry / gravy details here :)


Ingredients :-

  • Korameenu fish 1 kg
  • Onions 3 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 big size
  • Tamarind 150 grams
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Raw mango 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Masala Powder :-

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take clean fish put it a side, now take tamarind add water and sock it for 30 minutes a side and then mash it and make it thick juice...
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, curry leaves and mix it well for..... Fry if for onions are soft.....
  3. When onions are soft, then add rock salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for.... Then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well for.....
  4.  Tomatoes are soft like this, then add red chili powder mix it well for and fry it for 30 sec... Then add tamarind juice and boil it for....
  5. Mix it well for... And boil it for like this, then add fish pieces mix it slowly.....
  6. Now add chop green chilies, curry leaves again slowly mix and then close it with lid and put it for medium flame....
  7. Now take a tadka put it into stove heat it, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds roast it for good smell in low flame, cool it for... And then add jar and grind it fine powder like this... And then open the lid boiled like this (when bubbles came like this)...
  8. Now add cutted mango pieces again boil it for curry, then close it with lid and boil it for curry is thicked....
  9. When curry is thicked add grind powder mix it and leave it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and add chopped coriander leaves.... And leave it for 1 hour let it cool......

Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Make

         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Capsicum masala curry recipe.. I know all the people know this capsicum curry, but some people prepare different style's so this is my style recipe... :) So friends lets move to recipe....


Preparation :-

  • Capsicum 3 nos
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 
  •  Dry coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts 6 nos
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Ground nuts 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6 nos
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add coriander seeds, peanut, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, cashew nuts fry it for good smell in low flame.. And then add coconut pieces add mix it then switch off the gas and cool it for..... And now move it to a jar add ginger, garlic, tamarind and grind it fine powder, now add some water again grind it fine paste.........  
  2. Now in same pan add 2 tbsp oil to heat it, then add chopped capsicum and fry it for 3 minutes in medium flame.. it give good smell then move it to a plate.... 
  3. And now same wok add oil again heat it for, then add chopped onions mix it for.. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well and leave it for again 2 minutes in low flame..... 
  4. After 2 minutes tomatoes are soft, then add coconut paste add mix it well for, again fry it for oil will oozes like this and then add fried capsicum, red chili powder again mix it well and then close it with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 2 minutes open the lid and mix it again then add water again mix it well, then close it with lid again boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... When curry is ready oil will oozes out, then add chopped coriander leaves...
Now so yummy and tasty recipe ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rices, flavorod rice, coconut rice, it so good... You can serve it with roti, chapati also goooooooodddddddddd......... How to Prepare Goldfish and Mango Curry Recipe

Now I buy new phone, then am started new recipes and new style... :) Today recipe is "Gold Fish" curry (in telugu bangaru teega) I don't in english .. So friends lets move to recipe details here...
Ingredients :-

  • Gold fish 1 kg 
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Raw Mango 1
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Tamarind 100 to 120 grams
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add tamarind, water and soak it for 30 minutes... Now take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves mix it well, then add turmeric powder, rock salt again mix it well and fry it for onions to soft..... 
  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped tomatoes fry it till soft.. Then add red chili powder and mix it well for.
  3.  Now take tamarind mash it like a thick juice and put it a side for.. And then add fish pieces mix it slow.. Then add tamarind juice, cut green chilies and mix it slight... 
  4. And then add curry leaves and close with lid, boil it in medium flame for 10 minutes.. After 10 minutes add mango pieces again boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame...  

  5. After 15 minutes open the lid, oil will oozes out then add chopped coriander leaves and then switch off the gas and live it for 30 minutes for cool.......... 
Now so taste and yummy spicy fish curry is ready to serve... Its tasty and delicious recipe, it good to eat steam rice.. Chicken Drumstick Masala Curry Andhra Style How to Prepare

         Hi friends Happy Sunday..... Today recipe is Drumstick Chicken Masala Curry.. I think almost know this recipe... But this is my style so friends try this curry in your home guys....... :) So friends lets move to curry process...

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs
  • Drum sticks 2 to 3
  • Oil 8 tsp or 5 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whole gram masala spices
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, now add whole garam masalas fry. And then add chopped onions, green chilies mix it and fry it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  2. After 2 minutes, add curry leaves mix it well, and then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well for..... tomatoes are soft....
  3. Tomatoes are soft, add cleaned chicken, salt, turmeric powder mix it. Now add ginger garlic paste mix it well and then close with lid..... boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... 
  4. Now open the lid add chili powder again mix it... Boil it again 2 minutes in low flame..
  5. After 2 minutes oil will ozzes out like this and then add coconut paste again mix it well for... And then close it with lid and fry it for oil will again oozes...... (when masala is fried it will be came good smell)
  6. And now add chopped drum sticks mix it slowly again close it with lid and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes low flame...... After 4 minutes open the lid mix it..
  7. Now add some water mix it well for, and then close with lid boil it for 8 minutes in medium flame.....
  8. When curry is boiled oil will came out like this, then add garam masala powder mix it well boil it for 1 minute and then add coriander leaves... And then switch off the gas, let it cool for 2 minutes...
Now so yummy and tasty curry Chicken Drum Stick Curry is ready to serve........ Its so good to eat with rice, roti, chapati.. So easy and so fast to prepare this curry... I prefer this curry with rice only, its perfect combination :) So friends try this recipe in your home taste it and share to your friends..... Sweet Pongal Recipe How to Prepare

           Hi friends today am sharing Sweet Pongal recipe... Am use in this sweet pongal sugar, jaggery and milk.. Actually some people prepare only jaggery or only sugar.. Off course am also prepare jaggery only or sugar (Lakshmi devi prasadam sugar pongal & Lord Venkateswara swami prasadam jaggery pongal) in so many temple prepare only jaggery pongal and salt and pepper pongal... But now am add both of these in this recipe... I think so many people now this recipe... How don't now this so that people prepare :) guys..... So friends lets move to the ingredients & preparation.... 

Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Moong Dal 1/4 cup
  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Cow Ghee 50 grams
  • Cashew nuts 10 to 15
  • Almonds 10 to 15
  • Raisins 10 to 15
  • Cardamoms powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation :-


  1. First take a cooker pan add milk, water and then add cleaned rice, bengal gram, moong dal and mix it well and then close it with lid and put vissel, boil it for 5 to 7 vissels... 
  2. When came 7 vissels switch off the gas, let them cool it.... Cooker is cool, then open the lid and mix it well...... Now add jaggry powder mix it... And then switch on the gas mix it again, then add sugar also again mix it and boil it in low flame....
  3.  Now take tadka pan add ghee to heat, then add (cut cashew nuts) cashew nuts, raisins, crush almonds to fry and then add to pongal... 
  4. And also add cardamom powder mix it well again boil it for 5 more minutes...... and then switch off the gas..... 
And the so taste and so sweet delicious recipe Sweet Pongal is ready... This recipe is very important  in south India, is must... And also very important in temples also... In temples also add some  Edible Camphor  (pacha karpooram) for more taste and flavor off course in home also add for more taste but today no in my home am not use this... You be use this in your home you must add this after add ghee, fried dry fruits and then add edible camphor powder pinch only add and mix it... Boil it for 5 minutes and then switch off the gas, and serve it hot...... 

Andhra Style Tamarind Pulihora Recipe How to Make

           Hi friends Vinayaka / Ganesh Chavithi Spl Recipe Tamarind Pulihora Rice... Vey simple and easy to make this.. In these festival days it so fast to prepare and so yummy delicious recipe.. So lets watch to prepare........ 


Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Tamarind 450 grams
  • Oil 250 grams
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Urad dal 4 tbsp
  • Ground nuts 4 tbsp
  • Bengal gram 3 tbsp
  • Red chilies 10
  • Green chilies 5
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Hing powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves  
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned rice, water and boil it for... And move it to a plate let cool it for.... 
  2. And then take a bowl add tamarind, water and sock it for 30 minutes to 1 hour... After 1 hour mash it like this make puree juice (it must be thick puree)
  3. Now take a pan add oil to heat, oil is heated then add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds, ground nuts to fry... Now add chopped green chilies, red chilies, hing powder mix it well for........
  4. When all spices are fried then add curry leaves, tamarind juice, salt, turmeric powder mix it well for...... And boil it for oil will oozes out........
  5. Now take a small pan add red chilies, mustard seeds 1 tsp, fenugreek seeds to fry in low flame... And then switch off the gas let it cool.. And then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder.....
  6. Like this... And then add to tamarind mixture again mix it well for, again boil it for 2 more minutes in low flame...... 
  7. Now take boiled rice add this tamarind mixture mix it well for..... (you must see the mixture add little little, then mix it now taste it it will be sour or not)... mix it then store it... It will be store minimum 2 days....... 
Now the Tamarind pulihora is ready......... This pulihora is very famous in temples... So friends try this recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends....... :) This is my favorite item, my amma prepare this every festival guys........ So try this taste recipe friends.....
