Andhra Style Veggies Sambar Recipe How to Make

     Hi friends today am sharing recipe #Sambar... Very special in south... So yummy and different types of #veggies to add in this #sambar recipe... In #south side defiantly prepare this #recipe for #marriages, #functions also we prepare this... Not #functions friends we prepare every Saturday in your home... :).. In #hotels also.. 

Ingredients are here :-

Toor dal 1 cup small
Onions 2 medium
Tomatoes 3 medium
Green chilies 8
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Carrots 2
Drumsticks 2
Lady fingers 150 grams
Brinjal 150 grams
Tamarind big lemon size
Oil 6 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chilies 2
Curry leaves

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Spicy Chicken Gravy curry recipe... Very simple to make this recipe for morning break fast recipes, like Idly, Dosa, Vada etc.., its perfect to eat... This is not for plain rice friends, this only for break fast recipe.. Very simple to make this and so yummy to eat.. Actually I prepared this recipe for "Appam", but am not add Appam recipe friends I only add curry recipe only.. If u want the Appam recipe also U must comment to me then I will share that yummy appam also... Actually I prepared Appam first time so am not add that... But friends Appam taste is wow wow wow........ No words to share guys Its Awesome break fast...... :)..... Ingredients :-


  • Chicken with bone 250 grams
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 3 
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tsp
  • Coconut paste 1/4 tsp
  • Whole garam masala's (as curry for required)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First take a cooker add oil to heat, then add whole garam masalas to fry, then add chopped onion to fry... Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell....
  2. When it leaves raw smell then add salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well.. Then add chopped green chilies and mix it...
  3. Now add cleaned chicken again mix it well, and then close with lid fry it for 5 more minutes..... Chicken will be roast then add coriander leaves, curry leaves... 
  4. When chicken is fried, then add chili powder mix it well and fry it for 1 minute and then add coconut paste again fry it for good smell..........
  5. When coconut paste is fried, then add water check salt to taste, then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and close with lid boil it for 3 to 4 vissels.....
  6. When cooker came 4 vissels switch off the gas let it cool, then open lid, now mix it well and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot...... with your favorite break fast.....

      Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Very and so tasty recipe Egg Onion Fry recipe... Very simple to prepare this recipe for lunch box... Just only 5 minutes to prepare this only boil egg before prepare this recipe.. If u prepare this recipe in morning lunch box, then you will boiled eggs in night then morning will be so fast, and time will save also friends... U have time time in morning then you will prepare this one stove another stove u will prepare tea and sip morning tea enjoy :)....... So lets move to recipe...
Ingredients :-


  • Eggs 2
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First boil eggs and remove shall... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take boiled egg cut it like in video.. Then add to oil and fry it for golden color...
  2. Egg are fried then move it to a plate, in same oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. 
  3. Then add chopped onions mix it well, then add curry leaves mix it well... Then add salt to taste, turmeric powder again mix it well and fry it for lite brown color..
  4. Then add fried eggs again fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.....

Hi friends today am sharing recipe Raw Banana Fry recipe.. Very simple to make this fry item.. This is also lunch box recipe....... :) :) Friends Actually I stared Youtube then I add in my channel only.. Not only that friends some small problem face in my Blog so am not post here, but today awards I will share here also friends pls try to under stand.... :) :)... Friends this also very fast to make this recipe, this also for lunch box recipe.. Very fast and very tasty recipe... This is very yummy to serve with rice.. If U prepare this lunch box to ur children, so you can take rice then add ghee into rice then add banana fry into it then mix it well and then put it in lunch box.. Kids will love to eat it friends.... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana small 2
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili pieces and fry it for... Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt to taste, turmeric powder and then mix it well for........
  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped banana pieces and mix it well for... And then close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in low flame......
  3. After 5 minute open lid mix it well, when banana is soft (banana is fried it will be soft) then add crushed garlic, red chili powder, little bit salt and then mix it well and fry it for 30 sec and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......
Now so yummy so tasty recipe Banana fry recipe is ready to eat.. This so good to serve with rice and side dish for dal curry, dal recipes, rasam etc..., so friends try this taste recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends..... So friends pls subscribe my channel and support to me guys...
