South Indian Ragi Sangati with Chicken Curry Recipe

         Hi friends, today am sharing old traditional recipe "Ragi Sangati Chicken" curry recipe.. I think all people know this recipe.. Am also post ragi sangati recipe in my  blogg, but now am sharing chicken curry also..... So friends move to recipe details here.....

Ingredients  For Curry:-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Raw Tomatoes 2
  • Green Chilies 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Fresh coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil 9 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Ingredients For Ragi Sangati :-

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Rock salt
Preparation :-

  1. First take chicken sock it in salt water and leave it for 30 minutes, and then use.. Now take a wok add oil 3 tbsp, then add socked chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix it well for, boil it.....
  2. Chicken is boiled like this put it a side, now take another pan add oil to heat, then add fennel seeds, butter to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry.......
  3. Onions are soft, now add tomatoes mix it well for... Boil it for soft... 
  4. When tomatoes are soft, then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder mix it well for, then add green chilies and mix it well for fry it.....
  5. And then add  coconut, ginger garlic paste mix it well for, then add curry leaves mix again and then close it with lid and boil it for oil oozes out....
  6. Open the lid oil will oozes out then mix it well for,  then add boiled chicken mix it well for...... Leave it for 5 minutes again mix it well for..
  7. Oil oozes out like this and then add water mix it well for. Now close it with lid and boil it for oil will oozes out like this, then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves mix it well for and boil it for 2 minutes......
  8. After 2 minutes switch off the gas, and move it to a boil.......
Now prepare ragi sangati.......

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add cleaned rice, water (1/4 cup rice add 3 to 4 cups), rock salt to taste and close it with lid and boil it for 7 to 8 vissels......
  2. When cooker is leave pressure then open the lid, now mash the rice like this and then add ragi sangati again mash it well for.... And then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot with curry....... 

 Now the tasty and delicious recipe Ragi Sangati with Chicken curry is ready to taste....
