Mixed Vegetable Curry Andhra Style How to Make

         Hi friends, today recipe is Mixed veg kurma recipe.... Its Andhra type... This recipe is my amma recipe... My amma prepare this recipe in my childhood days saturday she will prepare compulsory... My amma added in this curry potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, peas, beans etc.., we take in lunch, and dinner time also.. In dinner time we take with roti / chapati good combination... Today am showing my amma recipe, I used in this same ingredients, but little bit changes... So lets see the process to make this curry step by step pics.... 
Mixed Vegetable Curry Andhra Style How to Prepare

Ingredients :-

  • Potatoes 2
  • Cauliflower 1/2
  • Carrots 2
  • Beetroot 1
  • ginger medium piece
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7
  • Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom 2
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Shajeera 1/4 tsp
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Curry leaves  
    Mixed Vegetable Curry Andhra Style How to Cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water, turmeric powder, chopped carrot, chopped, cauliflower, chopped carrot and boil it for 70%.. When the vegges are boiled then strain water put it a side... In same bowl add chopped beetroot and boil it for 70% and strain it move it to a side..... Now take a jar, add chopped coconut, ginger, garlic add then grind it fine paste add some water also.......
  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cardamom, cloves, bayleaf, shajeera fry it for... Then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes fry..... And then add chopped tomatoes mix it and boil it for soft.........
  3. When tomatoes are softed then add coconut paste mix it well...... Now add chopped green chilies, curry leaves mix it again.. Then add red chili powder mix it well.. Fry it for good smell......(oil will oozes out) 
  4. When it came's good smell then add water 1 glass mix it, now close it with lid boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in slow flame..... Water will came bubbles......
  5. Bubbles came then add boiled vegges and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame... Then add beetroot mix it again then close it lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame....... After 10 minutes open the lid mix it once then move it to a serving bowl.........
Now the dish is ready to serve......... Its good to serve with hot steam rice, roti & chapati.... Its my one of favorite dish.......... So friends try this taste dish in your home and then share it to your friends....... Enjoy the day byeeeeeeeeee............... Yours Neha Satish........ :)

           Hi friends, today one desi style recipe Drumstick brinjal dry mango curry/ gravy recipe my style...... My grand ma prepare so many types of curry's / gravy's, but my amma prepare all type of fries, gravy's, curry's, chutneys etc..., My special in Non veg recipes... I am also prepare different type of recipes.. Actually I prepare old recipes but my style and add some different spices... my amma prepare one style I prepare another same ingredients we use, but we using some back to back my amma add some spices am add another spices but process are same... But am not copy girl........ ☺Ok lets see the process to make this curry / gravy step by step pics......
 Drumstick Brinjal Dry Mango Curry Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • Drumstick 1
  • Brinjal 3
  • Dry mango pieces 1/2 cup
  • Baby onions 50 grams
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 1, 1/2 tbsp
  • Tamarind (big lemon size) 
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add peeled baby onions to fry, then add chopped tomatoes, drumstick, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for.....

  2. And then add brinajl mix it well for.. Fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame for... Then add dry mango pieces mix it, now add tamarind water mix it well.....

  3. Mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame.....

  4. Curry is ready then switch off the gas and leave it for 20 minutes..... a side, after then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it......

Cauliflower Tomato Curry Andhra Style

        Hi friends today one different recipe Cauliflower Tomato Gravy recipe.... One of different recipe in my cousin.... Actually I saw this gravy in one channel, so  I tried this gravy my style, I am using in this gravy small onions(Sambar onions) its very taste for this gravy or also use in this big onions also but you want more then try with small onions :)❤ So lets see the process step by step pics here......


Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower small 1
  • Tomatoes 2 or 3 
  • Small onions 100 grams
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 6 to 7 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp (home made chili power)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds to fry.... Then add chopped small onions, curry leaves and mix it well... Now add green chilies, turmeric powder, salt again mix it... fry it for soft.

  2. When onions are soft then add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste again mix it well for... Tomatoes are also soft then add chopped cauliflower, chili powder again mix it well for... boil it for oil will release...

  3. Oil will release then add 1/2 glass water mix it.. Close it with lid boil it for water will be vapour oil is oozes out...

  4. Water is vapour, oil will ozzes out then mix it again then add coriander leaves mix it then move it to a serving bowl......

How to Prepare Andhra Boiled Potato Fry Recipe

         Hi friends to day recipe very simple and easy to make Potato Fry recipe Andhra style..... Its very simple and fast to prepare this... Simple ingredients only 5 to 8 minutes to prepare this fry... First boiled potato and then move it to a side and peel it the skin and cut it small pieces and use it in fry... So friends lets see the process to make this fry item step by step process.......

Ingredients :-
  • Boiled Potatoes 250 grams
  • Onions big 2
  • Green chilies 5 to 7
  • Oil 6 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, green chilies mix it well... Then add turmeric powder, salt again mix it then fry it for 1 minute....
  2. After 1 minute, add chopped potato pieces mix it well for.... Roast it for 4 to 5 minutes... When potato are roasted then switch off the gas......
Now the fry is ready.... (In this fry am not use chili powder am use only green chilies... If u want chili powder we will use 1 or 2 green chilies...) (Don't close with lid when the fry is hot...)
