How to Prepare Masala Vada Curry Recipe Andhra Style

         Hi friends, first I am say so sorry to all my viewers.. Little busy in my life :) friends... Today one different and tasty desi recipe Masala Vada Curry / Gravy.. So simple and tasty delicious recipe.. First prepare masala vada then prepared pulusu (curry)... In South side we prepare evening snack like to prepare masala vada, bonda, mrichi bajji's etc... When masala vada prepared evening next day morning we prepare with vadas pulusu (curry).. So i made Masala vada pulusu which is made using tamarind sauce. It s simple and delicious. You should try it out :)... This gravy goes well with steamed rice..... So friends lets see the process step by step process......

Ingredients :-

  • Masala Vadas 6
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 2
  • Tamarind big size lemon (soak it in water)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Then add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it....
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it then close with lid and boil it for soft..... When tomatoes are soft then add red chili powder mix it well for....
  3. Then add soaked tamarind juice, water (as us like sour add water) and then mix it again close with lid and boil it for one boil.........
  4. And now take masala vadas in a side......
  5. One boil came then add masala vadas in to curry, then close with lid and boil it for 3 minutes in low flame.......
  6. After 3 minutes switch off the gas put it for 5 minutes, then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......
So delicious and simple to prepare Masala Vada Curry / Pulusu / Gravy recipe is ready to serve...... You can serve it with hot steam rice........ So friends try this recipe in your home and share it to yours friends......... :)

Tangy Mango Drumstick Curry How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today recipe Drumstick Mango Gravy / Munakkaya Mamidikaya Pulusu andhra style recipe... In andhra we prepare so many variate dishes in raw mango.. We prepare mango dal, mango avakaya / achar / pickle... etc..., Today, I am sharing with you another tasty recipe which is prepared with drumsticks and mango. This recipe is prepared very regularly in your city (Nellore Dt).. This recipe so tasty and spicy recipe, in Andhra we prepare with drumstick and drumstick leaves also use.. So people prepare like drumstick leaves fries, snacks, etc.., In our Andhra this tree is in every homes in garden.. It so good to diabetics, its very healthy veg recipe.. Its preparation time also 15 to 20 min only very fast recipe... So lets see the process to make this tasty gravy step by step pics......

Ingredients :-

  • Drumsticks 2
  • Raw Mangoes 2 small
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 3 medium 
  • Tamarind big lemon size (50 grams)
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp (if u want more spicy then add 1/2 tbsp)
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder mix it well.. Fry it for onions are soft.. When onions are softed then add curry leaves and then mix it well...
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes, tomatoes are be soft.. Now add chopped drumstick, red chili powder and then mix it well....
  3. And now close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.... After 5 minutes open the lid mix it slowly.. Now add soaked tamarind mash and make some juice add that juice and mix it well.. Then add raw mango pieces also...
  4. Again close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.. When the gravy is thick( drumstick are cooked, tamarind will be thicked).. Then move it to a serving bowl and serve it........
Now the dish is ready to serve.... Its very simple and tasty tangy gravy recipe.. Its good to serve with hot steam rice and also serve with rasam also perfect combination..
