      Hi friends, today my recipe Banana Moong dal curry / fry...  One vegetable and different varieties of curries with it is the principle I follow while cooking. For example if I purchase Raw Bananas, I make curry with moong dal... My amma prepare this raw banana like fry, tomato banana curry, ginger garlic raw banana curry she prepare very well... But to day my amma recipe "Banana moong dal"... It is a very simple curry, a good accompaniment with rice. This I learned from my amma, she is a great chef in your family and also my sister also so good chef they both are.. Of course am also ha ha ha.... It will be eat in steam rice and combination is good to with Rasam also for side dish it to taste and delicious....... First boil moong dal, then fry onions and banana roast for then add this moong dal.... I will show step by step pic so friends try this and enjoy the new taste..... Lets see the process to make...

Raw Banana Moong Dal Curry / Fry How to Prepare


Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana 2 no's
  • Moong Dal 1/2 cup
  • Onions 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add moong dal, water and then boil it for 80% then strain water then move it to a side...
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, curry leaves to fry......

  3. Then add chopped raw banana, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and then mix it well for..... Then cook it for banana is boiled......
  4. Banana is cooked, then add red chili powder, boiled moong dal, mix it well for..... Again fry for 4 minuets in low flame......
