          Hi friends today am sharing recipe Indain beans fry.. This recipe very tasty and old recipe.. My grand mother prepare this fry in your home... In my grand mother home we have this plant in your garden, when beans are have then she will prepare fry items or prepare curry also its very tasty... My grand mother prepare so many recipe in your child hood but she is no more... :( I miss alot.. love u ammama... (my grand mother)... In my grand mother home so many plants, trees like drumstick tree, guavas tree, pomegranate tree, flowers plants chamomile, rose plants etc.., we love to play in there.. My family so big friends, we went to my grand mother home my school holiday's... Ok then friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Beans (chikkudukaya) 250 grams
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Urad dal (Black gram) 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cloves 6 to 7
  • Coriander powder 
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water 2 glass, add beans, salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well for and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... Beans are soft then start nex process...
  2. When beans are soft, then strain water and put it a side... Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add boiled beans mix it well, now add curry leaves and mix it again fry it for 2 to 3 minutes...
  3. After 3 minutes again mix it well.. And then take garlic cloves make it crush and then add red chili powder, little bit salt again crush it like it...
  4. When beans are fried, then add crush chili powder, coriander powder mix it well for.. And fry it for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it with rice.....

       Hi friends, good evening to all.... Elephant Sweet Yam fry recipe... Its so yummy and tasty recipe.. Its good to serve with rice, roti, chapati, etc.., Its also serve with side dish for rice, dal curry, rasam... Friends so easy and so fast to prepare this fry friends.. Actually am prepare this fry different type like garlic spicy fry, coconut red chili powder fry, roasted chana dal coconut chili powder masala etc..., now am sharing fry is Yam with roasted chana dal coconut masala powder fry recipe...   • Yam 250 grams
  • Onions medium 2
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Roasted Bengal Gram 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut pieces 2 tbsp
  • Salt for little bit
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add 1 glass water, yam pieces and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame..  After 5 minutes check yam, yam soft then strain water yam pieces put it a plate and leave it for...
  2. Now take a jar add roasted bengal gram, garlic, little bit salt, red chili powder, coconut pieces and then grind it fine powder...
  3. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Now add chopped onions, curry leaves and fry it for 3 minutes...
  4. After 3 minutes, add boiled yam pieces and fry it for 2 minutes and close with lid and fry it for... 
  5. Now open lid mix it again and close with lid and fry it for little brown color... 
  6. When yam is fried then add grind coconut powder and mix it well for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot....
Now so yummy and little bit spice Yam Roasted fry recipe is ready to serve.. Its so great taste and simply wow... So friends try this recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends....

Brinjal Masala Curry Recipe à°—ుà°¤్à°¤ి à°µంà°•ాà°¯ à°•ూà°° తయాà°°ీ à°µిà°§ాà°¨ం....

     Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Brinjal Masala Curry recipe... Its so tasty and delicious recipe... Sorry friends for late posting sunday holiday to me so went out friends... Ok friends lets move to recipe, and recipe video...


Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal 250 grams
  • Onions 2 
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fresh Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon stick 
  • Cloves 4
  • Cardamom 2
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger garlic, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and grind it fine paste... Then take brinjal cut it like in video and then stuff it like I show in video........
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add cinnamon stick pieces 2, cloves, cardamom to fry.. Then add mustard seeds to fry.
  3. Then add chopped onions to fry, then add turmeric powder again mix it, when onions are soft then add chopped tomatoes mix it well..
  4. And then add stuffed brinjal mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for sim flame for 5 minutes...
  5. After 5 minutes open the lid mix it again, and then close with lid again fry it for 5 minutes for brinjal is boiled... 
  6. When brinjal is fried and soft then add remain coconut masala in curry again fry it for good smell..
  7. When masala came good smell, oil will oozes out then the curry is perfect... And now add 1, 1/2 glass water and then mix it well and boil it for curry will be thick.. (Watch video  friends) Oil oozes out like in video then switch off the gas and then leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......

South special Vegetable Sambar Recipe How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Sambar.. In Andhra & Tamil Nadu its very famous recipe.. Specially we prepare this monthly twice... Some people prepare sambar every saturday prepare this, actually my amma prepare this every saturday in your home. Not only homes, sambar will be prepare in hotels, restaurants also.. This we prepare this recipe marriages, functions, festivals etc.., I know friends all people are know this recipe.. In blog am share sambar recipes.. But today am sharing different veg sambar recipe... Ok friends lets move to recipe..... 

Ingredients :-

  • Toor dal 1 cup
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Mango 1 medium size
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Rock salt or salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Carrots 2
  • Beans 100 grams   
  • Radish 2
  • Yellow Cucumber 1
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves

  1. First I boiled toor dal in cooker for 5 to 6 vissels... And then take a cooking bowl add 2 glass water, beans, onions, carrots, radish, cucumber, tomatoes, green chilies mix it well for.. Then add rock salt, turmeric powder again mix it then close with lid boil for 5 minutes in medium flame...
  2. After 5 minutes open lid add mango seed, mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame...
  3. After 10 minutes add mango pieces again mix it and boil it for then open lid mix it again.. 
  4. Then add boiled toor dal mix it well for.. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well for... Then add tamarind water again mix it well and then boil it for one boil...
  5. And now take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves to fry.. And now add to sambar mix it well for and again boil it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and serve it....
Now so yummy and traditional recipe Sambar is ready to serve.. Its taste is so great friends.. Actually I prepare sambar only tamarind, but this sambar prepare my sister-in-law special friends... I hope you are like this recipe...

      Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Brinjal Dry fish curry... Its so spicy and so tasty recipe.. In Andhra side we prepare this curry actually this old recipe, my grand mother prepare this curry its desi curry friends..... Lets move to curry....


Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal 250 grams
  • Dry fish 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves


Preparation :-

  1.  First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. 
  2. Then add chopped onions, rock salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for... Fry it for onions are soft...
  3. Then add curry leaves mix it, then add chopped tomatoes and fry it for soft... Then add cleaned dry fish mix it well...
  4. Then add chili powder mix it well for... Now add chopped brinjal mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes... 
  5. Now add tamarind water and mix well for, mix it again and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame close with lid...
  6. After 10 minutes open lid mix it again... When curry is thick then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes move it to a serving bowl... 
Now so yummy and tasty curry is ready to serve... Friends serve this curry after 1 hour it so tasty.. Its so good to eat with white rice... This curry is so old recipe...       Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is south indian common we are all prepare this recipe... The recipe Rasam its very common on your daily life.. But we are prepare different types like Tamarind rasam, Tomato rasam, Pepper rasam, Dal rasam.. etc..., But today am sharing Tomato Rasam...   • Hing powder

First take a bowl add tomatoes, tamarind and water boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... After 15 minutes switch off the gas let it cool for... When tomatoes are cool then mash it for add some water remove plup add water to another bowl. Then add water again mash it juice only add to bowl... Like this video.. Now take a tadka add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing powder, red chili pieces to fry then add curry leaves mix it then move it to rasam... Then add rock salt, turmeric powder mix it well... Now take a jar add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, black pepper seeds and grind it fine powder then add to rasam again boil it for........ Then add coriander leaves mix it well for.....

Now so yummy and tasty spicy recipe Rasam is ready to serve..
