Hi welcome to my blog

       Today am sharing yummy and tasty Andhra style sambar recipe... We prepare this recipe weekly once are monthly 3 times... Especially we make this festivals, marriages we must made this recipe.. Its so yummy and so easy to make this Sambar for rice.. Not only for rice you can serve with vada, dosa, idly its so yummy.. So pls check my video also for so easy to make this..

For this Sambar  


Ingredients

* Toor dal  1 big cup (1 glass) 

* Drumstick 2 

* Cucumber 1

*Brinjal 150 grams 4 to 5

* Carrots 3

* Onions 2 big

* Tomatoes 3 medium 

* Green chilies 10

* Red chillies 5

* Oil 10 tsp

* Cumin seeds 1 tsp

*Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

*Mustard seeds 1 tsp

*Hing powder 1/4 tsp

* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

* Red chili powder 1 tsp

* Coriander powder 1 tsp

* Tamarind 100 grams (soak it for 30 minutes)

* Salt to taste

* Garlic cloves 8 

* Curry leaves 

* Coriander leaves

Preparations:-

1) First take a cooker add cleaned toor dal, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, water to 2 glass, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp add close with lid boil it for 4 to 5 vissels then switch off the gas...

2) Now take a pan add chopped drumstick, cucumber, water, salt and boil it for...

3) Now take a vessel add oil to heat when oil is heated, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds to fry..

4) Then add roughly chopped onion, crushed garlic cloves, chopped green chilies, carrot pieces add and mix it well... 

5) When onions are fried lite brown color then add red chilies again mix it well.. Fry it for 2 minutes...

6) Then add chopped brinjals, salt to taste again mix it well.. Fry it for 1 min then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well..

7) Now add turmeric powder mix it well.. Then add curry leaves again mix it then close with lid boil it for 5 min in low flame..

8) After 5 min open lid mix it well and check veggies are boiled are not.. When veggies are boiled then add hing powder...

9) Now add red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well.. Then add soaked and mashed tamarind water mix it well again close with lid boil it for 5 min in low flame...

10) Now take dal add salt and mash it then add boiled drumstick cucumber to it mix it well.. And also add water 2 glass again mix it..

11) Then move this dal to brinjal again mix it well.. Boil it for 1 min then check salt and sour.. If u want water or salt then add now again mix it and close with lid boil for 1 big boil...

12) Now add chopped coriander leaves again mix it well.. Now switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and then serve this with rice its so yummy...

Sorrel leaves prawns curry recipe How to Make

     Hi, 

Today am sharing recipe is Sorrel Leaves Prawns Curry Recipe.. This is old and traditional recipe.. Actually my grand mother will prepared this recipe in my child age time, but i don't no how to prepare this curry.. U know my mother also don't know how to make this 🙂... My sister in law make this curry i eat this curry first time am fall in love for this sorrel prawn curry (I love prawns very much friends..) Not only that in Andhra side so much sea food available so we make different types of sea food recipes. So come to recipe friends, this is so simple to make but time will take little bit much friends but taste is sooo Yummy u also definitely love the recipe 🙂

So lets see the ingredients to this recipe.... 



Ingredients :-   


* Prawns 500 grams

* Sorrel banches 2 (2 cups medium)

* Onions 2

* Tomatoes 3

* Green Chilies 10 (spicy green chilies 10)

* Red chili powder 2 tbsp 

* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

* Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

* Coriander powder 1 tsp

* Salt to taste


Tali for curry Ingredients :-


* Oil 10 tsp (150 grams)

* Mustard seeds 1 tsp

* Cumin seeds 1 tsp

* Urad dal 1 tsp

* Red chilies 4

*  Onion 1

Recipe Preparation Details :-

1) First take a bowl add sorrel leaves wash it and then add it to a cooking bowl add some water and boil it for soft...

2) Next take another cooking bowl add cleaned prawns and then add oil 2 tsp salt to taste, turmeric powder and then mix it well and then close with lid boil it for prawns will be boiled...

3) When prawn are boiled then add chopped onions, chopped tomates, green chilies  again mix it well... Then add ginger garlic paste again mix it well...

4) When onions are soft, then add coriander powder 1 tsp, red chili powder add again mix it well.. Then add 1 glass of water (250 ml) again mix it well.. Now close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame..

5) Now check sorrel mash it well and then boil it.. (I will give youtube link in below pls check my dear friends) When sorrel is boiled then switch off the gas and mash it..

6) Now check prawn is boiled it will be thick, then add mashed sorrel again mix it well... And boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame.. If want salt now add again mix it well..

7) Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,red chili pieces to fry.. Then add finely chopped onions and mixed it well..

8) When tali is fried then add to prawn sorrel mixture and mix it well and again boil for 5 minutes in low flame..

9) Boil it 5 minutes when oil will be oozes out.. It will be store for 2 days.. The taste is increased next day wow its so yummy...

1) First take cooker add dal and clean it and then add ridge gourd pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, water, tamarind and then close with lid and cook it for 3 vessels..

 2) 3 vessels came and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...

3) Now open lid add salt to taste and mash it..

4) Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilies pieces and fry it.. Then add curry leaves mix it then add mashed dal and mix it well and cook it for 30 sec to 1 min.. Then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it with steam rice, chapati & roti's perfect...

 Hi friends how r u all.... Just am take leave in this page but am little busy in my channel (Youtube channel Neharika Satish Reddy Kitchen)my channel name.... Not only that in this 2020 - 2021 corona time its very serious situation time we must care our family right... Thats y am little busy this days... Ofcourse I know you also doing same.. Not only recipes healthy recipes 🙂 So today am shareing recipe is old and yummy recipe Carrot Drumstick Sambar its to yummy and making also so easy.. Definitely u love it and like it... Very simple ingredients dal and carrot, drumstick only we are using and making this recipe... Fast to make and serve with rice or roti its so yummy..

* Dal (Yellow lentils) 1 cup

*Carrots 2

*Drumstick big 1

*Tamarind big lemon size

*Tomatoes 2 medium

*Onions 2 medium

*Green chilies 8 to 10

*Red chili powder 1 tsp (as u like spice)

*Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

*Water as required 

Tadka Ingredients :-

* Oil 1 tbsp

*Cumin seeeds 1 tsp

*Mustard seeds 1 tsp

*Fenugreek seeds

*Curry leaves

*Red chilies 1 

Processes :-

1. First take a cooker add dal and wash and then add chopped onions, tomatoes green chilies, turmeric powder, water 1 glass and then close with lid boil it and then cook it for 2 to 3 vissels.. After vissels complete then switch off the gas let it cool....

2. Take a wok add water 1 big glass add cleaned round to cut carrots, drumstick pieces, salt to vegges close with lid boil it for vegges are boiled.

3. Socked tamarind for 15 to 20 minutes...

4. Now cooker open add salt to dal mush it and then add cooked vegges and mashed tamarind water again mix it well and then check salt and sour..

5. Take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds red chili pices, curry leaves add and then add dal mixture and then mix it well and again boil it for 1 boil and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot are cool... 

Its perfect to eat with steam rice, would u like to eat with roti and chapati we can serve it u just love it and enjoy new taste and new flavour... So guys pls watch my video its show step by step process in english sub titles...

                 Hi friends First off all my Blog friends Happy Dasara to all my dear friends... Today am sharing one sweet item to my friends... Actually i share this in my YouTube channel.. Sorry to all am little busy in my youtube cahnnel am not posting any in my blog so now on words  am share my recipes here also guys...... So came to sweet recipe am sharing Bottle Gourd Sweet recipe.. Its very easy to make this sweet with milk.. In this festival time its so yummy to serve.... Process also so easy and so fast to make it..... And also so healthy sweet so am share here ingredients :)

Bottle Gourd Halwa Recipe

Ingredients :-

* Bottle Gourd 1 big cup

* Milk 1, 1/2 cup

* Sugar 1 medium cup (or as u like to sweet u add)

* Ghee 4 tbsp

* Cashews 10 no

* Cardamom 3

* Salt pinch


Preparation :-

1. First take a pan add ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add cashews add fry it for lite golden color then move it to a bowl...

2. Next add grated bottle gourd add mix it well for.. Then add salt pinch again mix it, then close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in low flame...

3. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well, bottle gourd is release again mix it.. When bottle gourd is boiled then add milk mix it again close with lid boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

4. Now open lid see milk is vapor, then add sugar again mix it well.... When sugar is melt boil it for 5 more minutes.. When halwa is thick then add cardamom powder again mix it well then move it to a serving bowl and serve it cool or little hot......... :)

My grand mother prepare this curry only ponnaganti koora leaves, but my mother add in this fry recipe toordal it so yummy taste and good to health... Its very good to kids so try to serve this weekly once's to kids.. Not only its very good to feeding mothers also so good its gives good protiens and vitamins.... This is my very very fav dish I love to eat this weekly 3 times that love so much :).... I will eat it rice, and also serve with sambar, dal curry, rasam etc..., so yummy to eat friends... This fry u can prepare for lunch box also very easy to make this.. First boil dal 90% then prepare this fry.. Its total time is 10 to 15 minutes only :)........
